  Wow, what a weird unprofessional experience. Dustin came out to inspect my roof over a week ago. He gave me a lot of personal history and information that was not relevant to getting my roof replaced, including that he makes a lot of money and gets to set his own schedule. It was weird and uncomfortable. He wasn't able to tell me anything about workmanship warranty or anything else about roof installation. He said he had emailed me the estimate multiple times but he never did (I checked my spam AND confirmed he had the correct email address). He said he would send me send receipts that the estimate was sent and he never did. I called the main office today to see if they could send someone else out in my area to give me an estimate and they said they would not. What a waste of time. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  Got a leaking roof. Alpha Roofing did their fix and insurance paid them in full. My roof is still leaking and now my interior is all damaged. Alpha Roofing . . . when it rains . . . it pours inside your house!

  I'd love to say I had a good experience, but I cant. Two of my neighbors had their roof done so I stopped and talked to one of their supervisors. He said I'll pass on your info to my office. Four days later, still no call. I emailed and said what's up? They replied and said they'll have someone reach out to me. A week later, guess what? Still no word from anyone from their office.

  I have taken a look at all of our communication including the email you sent us at office@alpharoofers.com and the email our customer service manager sent you. The email that you sent me (on 8/11/2022 at 4:37 pm), was replied to 2 minutes (4:39 pm) after you sent it. Your email did not include any contact information other than your email address, so that is how we attempted to contact you again. As I stated in that email, we were happy to send out our estimator to get you what you needed, and Emily would reach out for more details. Her email was sent to you the next morning at 8:43 am. She asked in that email, what number you wanted her to call so that we could get more details about your roofing needs. We received nothing from you again until we received this review. I understand that lack of contact can be frustrating, but in this case, it could be a misunderstanding. Our stance is the same as it was before, if you would like us to schedule a time for an estimator to come out, we need to speak with you to gather some information regarding your roof. Please feel free to call the office. Please leave a phone number at some point to aid in communication.

  Told me they took care of the tire bill from getting a nail in my tire. I show up to pick up my car and have a $240 bill. Can't trust them. They don't pick up nails.

  When you notified us of the roofing nail in your tire, we reached out to Discount Tire, the company that you chose to take you vehicle to. They notified us that they had replaced the tire and we paid the amount that was due for that tire. It was handled immediately. We apologize for the inconvenience. Accountability is important to our company. We sweep for nails multiple times a day, but when nails are missed and this occurs, it is important that we do what is right. When we became aware of this review, we contacted Discount Tire so that we could find out what happened on your end. It was explained that they recommended an additional tire to be replaced due to worn tread. This work was not authorized by nor requested of Alpha Roofing.

  Lazy and BAD company. Doesn't pick up after themselves when they use someone else's property to fix a roof. Left nails in our driveway causing multiple flat tires. Will pursue legal action.

  Nails and trash everywhere. The crew showed up and worked hard for the first part of the day, then several took roughly an hour long nap sprawled out on my front lawn. The crew tried to work past 10PM, has to call our contact at the company and request they stop for the day. After they were done we found the remnants of their lunch in our bushes, tons of trash tucked into every nook and cranny, and the worst part, we still find roofing nails in our yard a year after the fact. I don't mean one or two, I mean DOZENS. When it rains hard enough, we still find nails that have washed out of the gutters. Would not recommend.

  Mr. Whitten, We appreciate feedback on your project. We are continuously trying to improve, and it will used for that purpose. I did go back to see the temperatures on the day of your installation at temps were up to 86 degrees that day. This is lower than roof temps which are considerably higher. For the crew’s safety, they will often rest so that they do not get heat stroke and it will give them time to hydrate. We understand that this is not considered by most but for those that work outside in the heat of summer, we must factor this into our day. It is also why they tend to start early and end late. I do agree that 10 pm is too late. It is a bad idea for obvious reasons, such as the nails and debris being missed. I do appreciate that you have brought it to our attention. I wish it would have been when the nails were found so that we could have made this right for you. After a year, I can see why your frustration has lingered. Our office will reach out to you to arrange to have another nail sweep completed. I know this is late in the game, but if you never find another nail, it would be the best possible outcome.   Terrible experience all the way around, I hardly even have the energy to try to accumulate what a mess my experience has been. I am going to do my absolute best to try. I am going to quickly list why to run for the HILLS! Then I will explain the entire situation, so you have back story on why to run. If you don’t want your blood pressure to go up or waste to much time out of your day, I will just quickly list the key points. 1. They will order things without asking if that’s what you want. We have a green roof and green drip edge they ordered green roof brown drip edge. 2. They will sprinkle litter around like bird seed. 3. They will leave nails EVERYWHERE and they didn’t even replace our roof... literally EVERYWHERE. 4. If they do tarp they won’t do it properly the first time and it will rain in your house for weeks on your belongings and hardwoods. 5. They tried to put a new roof on rotted rafters... that would have not only not have been up to code, but was extensively discussed and I was told they were going to fix them (though it would have been an out of pocket expense) 6. They will drive in your grass and leave massive ruts. 7. They will leave cigarette butts everywhere. 8. Oh and they staked about 6,000 pounds of shingles in one spot THE WEAK SPOT on my home... not only could this probably have caused damage, it could have fallen through and killed anyone under it.

  We had our flat roof replaced 5 years ago by a company that has since gone out of business. It was leaking especially near the gutter and around vents plus the flashing around the edges. . We chose Apha Roofing out of 4 bids. Ryan Sayler provided excellent customer service before and after the roof and gutters were replaced, personally patching around the vents until the entire roof could be addressed since rain was forecast. The house was built in 1967 and codes have changed. Each sector of the business did all they could to address our issues. The roof, facia, guttérs, vents all look good We especially appreciate Ryan's patience with our many issues. Ryan is top tier.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience for anyone dealing with a roofing issue—Alpha Roofing is the company to call. My husband and I had been dealing with a leaking roof for months following a hail and ice storm. Alpha Roofing was recommended to us, so I decided to give them a call. That same day, my call was returned by Jenny Bichelmeyer, and we met on April 22, 2026. I was very impressed with her professionalism. She clearly explained the entire process and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. She handled everything needed to get the job started, and I promptly received the estimate along with our shingle color selection. On April 29, 2026, Jenny and her team returned to our home in Ozawkie, KS. The roofing crew worked incredibly hard and efficiently. They also did an excellent job with cleanup, removing all debris and roofing nails. Since the roof was replaced, we’ve had a lot of rain, and everything has remained completely dry. Thank you, Jenny and the entire team, for your hard work!

  After all the storms we had received a recommendation from a friend to call Jenny at Alpha Roofing. So glad we did, she came out quickly, was very knowledgeable, and helped us through the whole process of getting a new roof.
