We noticed an unusual draft and a little sunlight coming through the attic in Eudora. After checking the roof, the issue was traced to loose flashing around the chimney. The area was sealed and secured carefully, and it was reassuring to know the opening had been properly addressed.

Finding daylight where there shouldn’t be any in our Eudora attic was definitely concerning. Fortunately, the source was identified as flashing around the chimney that had gradually come loose. Once it was properly fastened and resealed, the gap disappeared, and the roofline feels much more secure.

A small opening near our roofline in Eudora caught my attention because we could actually see daylight from inside the attic. The inspection revealed that the chimney flashing had loosened over time. It was secured and resealed properly, and the unwanted gap is completely gone now.

With a newborn at home, the last thing we needed was a leak dripping into the nursery closet in Lawrence. I called in a bit of a frazzled state, and the person on the phone was calm and reassuring, which honestly helped as much as the actual repair. Crew came out, fixed the flashing issue, and were quiet and quick about it while the baby napped. Small thing, but I noticed and appreciated it.

Noticed daylight coming through a small gap in our attic near the roofline, definitely not something you want to see. Turned out flashing around the chimney had come loose over time. Resealed and secured it properly, no more gaps letting light or air through.
