  Extremely unprofessional sales team. Was let go after taking 3 days off my regular job to come for a training program but was let go retroactively because I told them I was unable to swing taking an additional day off on Friday for last half day of training. Originally said missing the last half day of training was not a big deal, but fired anyways due to miscommunication. Owner and sales managers are not on the same page, I can only Imagine theirs a correlation between their work and their communication capabilities. Wasted my time and set me back wages. Training revealed vindictive purpose. Company is there to make money, not provide a service.

  Companies are only as good as the people that are working for them. Owen Lehmann went above and beyond for me and my friends and family after a recent catastrophic hail storm followed by a wind storm. He thought about all the things damaged beyond just the roof and really made sure that anyone I knew was being treated fairly by Free State as well as their insurance companies. Took a look at my roof at no charge and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I can promise you that it is because of Owen Lehmann that I'll only be making one call when I do need roofing help. It doesn't hurt being a former Jayhawk to work with a company out of Lawrence either!!! THANK YOU OWEN & FREE STATE ROOFING for doing business THE RIGHT WAY!!!
