They clearly explained the roofing options, provided a detailed estimate, and completed the work on schedule. The crew kept the job site clean and paid attention to detail throughout the process. Called after the big summer storm we had about getting a new roof. Caden was very punctual and informative about getting me an accurate estimate on their services. We contacted multiple roofers and decided to go with Meridian Roofing & Exteriors because of they were more affordable than the competition. Glad we did! Caden was there to thwart a robbery at my house! It’s a good thing he was there, saved me from a lot more than roof damage I tell you what! And roof looks beautiful!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Meridian Roofing & Exteriors, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first phone call through the final walkthrough, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. One of the things that stood out most was their communication. They kept me informed throughout every step of the process, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure I understood exactly what to expect before any work began. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values honesty and transparency instead of trying to pressure customers into unnecessary work. The crew arrived on time, treated my property with respect, and maintained a clean, organized job site throughout the project. When the work was completed, they did an excellent job cleaning up, leaving my property looking even better than before they arrived. Their attention to detail was obvious, and it was clear they take pride in the quality of their work. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. Every aspect of the project was completed with precision, and the finished product looks fantastic. It’s easy to tell they use quality materials and employ experienced professionals who care about doing the job the right way instead of simply finishing as quickly as possible. What also impressed me was their willingness to go above and beyond. Whenever a question or concern came up, they addressed it immediately without hesitation. That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and it gave me a lot of confidence that I had chosen the right contractor. If you’re looking for a roofing and exterior company that is reliable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering high-quality results, I would absolutely recommend Meridian Roofing & Exteriors. They made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and straightforward from start to finish. It’s clear they care
