Last year Dan gave me an estimate to solder the seams on our porch roof, which is copper. Later when I called, he told me it was too hot to do it. Today I called and he told me he won't do it because it's too complicated and he's too busy, Guess he wasn't too busy when he did the estimate

You called me 9 months after I gave you a estimate. And on top of that you call me middle of July when it's 90 degree every day to work on a metal copper roof in direct sun. That roof is at least 120 degrees. So I said no. And you said then you will find someone else. So what is the problem ???

I've used Mercer Roofing and Siding for a few different jobs, most recently for a chimney repair and roof repairs. Dan has always been reliable with quality work. On job completion Dan sends a small video to show all finished work, a good little touch.

Dan was great to work with from start to finish. He was prompt in responding and quick to inspect and diagnose the issue. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on and walked us through several potential fixes, offering different pricing options depending on what we wanted done. The pricing was fair and transparent. He was always on time, respectful, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The work was completed efficiently and on schedule, with excellent attention to detail. Dan also provided before-and-after pictures, which was very helpful. It’s clear that he’s knowledgeable and takes pride in doing the job right. Overall, it was a pleasure working with him, and I would highly recommend Dan for any future roofing work.

Dan and his partner did a great job on our porch roof and repairing wood rot underneath siding in the back of our house. He also did an extra task addressing an attic window that needed repair. He gets the job done efficiently and is fairly priced. We would use him again!

Dan repaired my 20-year old roof 4 years ago and it is still in good condition. Early this year, my 6-year old gable vents broke. Again, I asked him to replace them for me. I appreciated his craftsmanship, and he always used good quality materials, and patiently explained his work.

I hired Mercer Roofing and Siding to do a repair on my roof. Dan came out and he was absolutely great. The job had to be delayed a few days because of bad weather, and it was resumed as soon as it physically could be. Dan was very detailed oriented, and even did some extra work sealing up some windows and the other dormers to prevent future issues. He was great to deal with, a true professional, he cared greatly about the work he was doing, and my roof, and followed up a few weeks later to touch base after heavy rains. I should say I met Dan, through Mercer Roofing and Siding two years when my new insurance company felt some work needed to be done. I called them at the time and Dan came out and said all was fine with the roof and signed off on it. No work done (at the time). I thought the was very honest, and he seemed a good man, so when work needed to be done (two years later-the current work) I called Mercer Roofing and Siding and they did a tremendous job. I highly recommend them and I will be using. Them in the future myself.
