  I had a very positive experience working with Houston and MCO Roofing during the bidding process for my roof replacement. Houston was responsive, professional, and willing to spend real time revising the proposal as I asked questions and compared options. He gave me a detailed estimate, explained what was included, and was upfront about costs rather than hiding things in vague language. I especially appreciated that he took my concerns seriously and kept working with me instead of giving me a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. MCO’s proposal was thorough, organized, and clearly put together by someone who understands roofing and the contracting process. Houston was easy to communicate with throughout the process and treated me respectfully even when I asked a lot of detailed questions. Based on my experience dealing with him, I would absolutely recommend giving Houston and MCO Roofing an opportunity to bid on your project.

  Houston and his crew did a marvelous job. Roof is solid and looks good clean up was done very well, and everything was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend them.

  These guys did a good job on the roof. They also handled all the insurance side of things and even met up with the adjuster during the inspection to ensure they didn’t miss anything. If you don’t want to deal with the insurance and want the insurance to pay out what they should I’d recommend this company.

  10/10 — Highly recommend Houston and the MCO Roofing team. I was a little nervous at first about having a full crew show up and how my dogs would handle all the activity, but everything went incredibly smoothly (a few CBD treats helped too). The team was professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire process. I also really appreciated how they work with an extended crew — it’s a smart business model that not only keeps things running efficiently but also creates opportunities for hardworking people. Houston was especially helpful in guiding me through the insurance process, making what could have been stressful feel simple and manageable. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to get a brand-new roof with very little out-of-pocket cost. Any time I had questions, Houston and the team were quick to respond and always made me feel taken care of.
