McNail Brothers

The only one or two-star review we hold for McNail Brothers.

Everything was great when they did my roof in 2020, but this year when I had roof damage, they came out once, refused to put a tarp on the roof (even though the situation was more severe this time and water is coming into my living room), and I can’t reach them on the phone. The man I spoke to went behind my back and called my stepdad (a non-owner and non-resident), saying, “I don’t do business with kids.” Referring to me, a 31-year-old woman. The other person I spoke to was very rude about it and I can’t contact them in any way. Don’t use them, something has changed and it’s not good.

THANK YOU Doug at McNail Brothers Roofing for an awesome job!! Our gutters were replaced this week and Doug’s team was on time, professional, courteous, knocked it out of the park AND left our yard and driveway cleaner than when they arrived. We couldn’t be more pleased with the great job they did. Thanks again!

McNail Brothers provides exceptional quality and customer service. They go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied with the job that they have done. They are prompt and respond quickly when you are in need. They fixed an area of damaged roof caused by a satellite dish installation on my roof. Not only were they professional in the job that they did, they even cleaned my gutters out after they did the job. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving no trace of debris behind. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a new roof or roof repair.

We contracted McNail Bros. for replacement of siding on a portion of our house. Our 45-year-old old wood pressboard siding was warping in a few places and starting to rot. McNail Bros. wrote up an estimate that included replacing a portion …

I had the best referral to McNail Brothers. Their whole roofing crew was polite and professional and did a fantastic job. When they left, they had done a thorough clean-up so there was no debris anywhere. Everyone with whom I spoke was knowledgeable and helped me make the best decisions for roofing, i.e., type of shingles, color, and gutter improvement. Communication with everyone was terrific and I highly recommend this company.

McNail Brothers inspected our roof for free, when we thought it was damaged in a wind storm. They replaced two shingles for free, so when we had more damage over a year later, we knew who to call. They did a great job, on time, on budget, …

Let me first start out by saying, that i do not write many reviews. I first met the McNail Brothers about 6 months ago when they were replacing the siding on one of my neighbors house. i stopped and talked to them and got a business card incase i needed any work done. They did a great job on my neighbors house, it looks fantastic.Recently i was in need of some minor roofing repair, most companies would not even come out to look at it because it wasn't worth their time.Frank is awesome, he had a crew come over after they had finished a big job in the area, they fixed my roof and it looks great. This reminds me of old fashion small town customer service, that is hard to find these days. I know who i will call next time i need a housing project done and you should too!!!
