  Stopping by unannounced 6 weeks after installing a roof to "take pictures" is too sketchy for me to be at all comfortable recommending this company.

  I asked for a bid on my roof, they visited my house but never bothered to send me a bid. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional.

  Workers left garbage on the ground, also left old plywood on the roof above our parking spot that blew over when windy

  Yes, this looked very scary, I sent a crew right away last Tuesday to clean up the debris. I was glad only a piece of felt flew in the wind. Hope to have better weather soon to do this work. Steve Mcmains

  Way overpriced. There is no estimate just a repair and then sent me a bill. The repair consisted of replace a rubber boot that cost seven dollars and they charge me $27. Then repaired a 2” x 2” hole in a metal roof. These two repairs were done in less than a half hour. I was charged $350 plus tax.

  Sorry for any confusion. Our minimum price for any work is $350.00. If we spent the time to look at and bid these small jobs we would have to charge alot more. If another roofing company does this for less, let me know and I will adjust the bill. And after further discussion with the sales staff I found out that they discussed this with you because you live on Salmon beach and it takes a guy 15 min to hike down to the house. Steve Mcmains

  I did not directly reach out to them to work on the roof for the house we are renting but I did interact with them. Very nice workers and got the job done in a timely manner. Very respectful of the property & the roof looks great! Thanks again.

  I have been utilizing services from McMains roofing for probably 15-20 years. Everything from emergency leak repairs to whole roof replacement. I cannot say enough great things about them. You can tell it is a company well run from the top to the bottom.
