Totally awful experience! It took them 2-3 entire months(!) in spring to install 2 skylights while we had to go live elsewhere or couldn’t use the room where the skylights were being used at all. The installers were always late and didn’t clean up after themselves. They tried to install poor quality skylights instead of just standard ones. They cut up the drywalls into small pieces in place of an entire whole piece. They placed the shingles in a disarray or none at all around the skylights. All this is what I only discovered when I was vigilant enough to climb giant ladders inside and outside. Can’t imagine what else I didn’t discover or what problematic installs they do for people who have no idea whatsoever. BTW, they strangely insisted that the skylights had to be installed on wet days instead of dry days. And yet it turns out, as I learned on the first time when a short storm hit that the skylights leaked. Though they did come out to check in they summer, they tried to intimidate me and intimate that I was making false accusatiions. When I said I will be hiring a third party inspector to expertly test the skylights, the installers told me that the skylights were not joined properly in the leaking corner. They refused to communicate whatsoever after the leak that got on to my furniture. What’s worse is that the skylights are having issues again! They are now making strange crackling sounds like they are cracking! Chase Constructions (formerly known as Stoneway) will be responsible for the damage and inconvenience they caused earlier and later.

They did a roof repair on my concrete tile roof. I provided the replacement tiles. The technician replaced 6 tiles was there for 45 minutes and charged me $2000. These contractors are crooks. Don’t use them

Hi Nigel, we appreciate the feed back. We proposed a price to inspect your entire roof and repair the problem area based on many years of experience with tile roofs, knowing all that can go wrong. The final price did not deviate from the original proposal and we did exactly what we agreed upon prior to starting the job.

Called four times to get a quote - took the day off for first set appointment - NO SHOW - estimator called but never heard back - after calling back 3 times to reschedule - guess my $ and time are not worth it - Connelly const on time and followed up

Had a leak that began after a pretty bad storm - called Chase to have someone come out and take a look at the roof. Set up two different appointments to have someone come out and give me an estimate. Spent all day waiting and no one showed up or called both times. Worst customer service - will make sure to tell others about poor business conduct!!

I had Chase Construction Northwest come out for a roof repair quote, and from the very beginning they exceeded my expectations. From scheduling, the estimate, to the repair and cleanup, the entire process was professional and hassle-free. Chase responded quickly, came out to inspect the damage, determined the necessary repair, and had a quote to me the very same day. Even more impressive, the final bill came in lower than the original estimate. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days and speaks volumes about the company and its crew. I highly recommend Chase Construction Northwest to anyone looking for quality workmanship, excellent communication, and a company that stands behind its word. Joe

Chase construction helped to fix a leak in our roof after poor installation was done by Achten’s Roofing (no longer in business, filed bankruptcy). It was a few months of back and forth with GAF about our claim, but it was finally approved and Chase had his team come out asap to fix the area the leak was in. I was so glad to finally have this ugly blue tarp off our roof!

I began my journey with Chase Construction North West, Inc. in January of 2025. They stuck it through while dealing with my insurance to resolve wind damage to my 15 year old roof. It was not an easy process; Chase, Gary and the entire crew did a ton of work-twice over jumping through the hoops of what the insurance asked of them. Overall, they put on a fantastic looking roof! I am happy their transferable warranty and all the quality craftsmanship they guarantee. Quality matters and this company knows it. Thank you again.
