  Hi JD, sorry that you decided to leave a bad review after all the communication we had with you on the subject. As we explained during the reroof process we could not tell that all your OSB was moldy or water damaged until we removed the existing shingles. Was not visible from the attic. We also gave you a price break on the new OSB which you appreciated very much. Thank you for letting us take care of you roofing project. Scott/Owner

  Puyallup roofing is the way to go. Scott and Matt made purchasing a roof a breeze. They offered very good financing, great price, and great service, from the estimate to the completed job. I can't say enough about about the crew. They are definitely with the program. Hardworking, fast, efficient and very skillful. Definately take pride in their work.   I called them to replace my Dads leaky roof. My Dad is a Vietnam Veteran and Puyallup Roofing offered us a much appreciated military discount! They came out and pulled off the old roof and put the new one on in one day! We would highly recommend them! Very nice and professional! Thank you!

  A business with a heart! Scott and his team at Puyallup Roofing went above and beyond our expectations. My elderly mentally disabled Father was being pressured and told he needed to sell his house quickly because he had a roof leak. I live 3 states away, and I called to get a quote from Puyallup Roofing. Immediately their team jumped into action, came out and explained to him that the roof was not as bad as the Realtor was trying to make it seem. In fact they decided to donate their time and materials to help fix his roof. They also were kind enough to replace his front door because the glass was broken. I have never seen such kindness from strangers and business owners before. I am so glad that Scott and the team at Puyallup Roofing were able to come to the rescue! The work they did was quality, quick, clean, and they made sure to even patch his drywall. If you ever need your roof patched or re-done, give them a call! Truly a kind, generous, clean, and quick team. These days it's surprising to come across someone with a heart that isn't trying to scam you. They truly saved my father's house and gave him hope in humanity. They could have easily just quoted him $10k like the others. Please give Puyallup Roofing a call, you won't regret it. Their team is outstanding and friendly! If I could give more than 5 🌟 I would.

  My experience with the Puyallup roofing Company was amazing. They were professional on time prompt quick clean and efficient. They came in and put my roof together and our home is 2400 ft.² and they did our roof in six hours and the place was spotless when they left.   A little pricey at the time (Sep 2024) but I opted for the ridge vent. Felt bad for the non-English speaking crew that weren't told about the extra eave vents needed because of the larger ridge vent. And gutter guy wasn't told to extend the gutters past the eave ends, not inside them, as existing. However, all work was completed as agreed and in a very professional manner. Even got leaf filters to protect the investment. Looking forward to the inspection this year to maintain the warranty.
