  From reading the reviews, they target people for storm damage on their roof thus filing a claim with homeowners insurance. Given the fact that insurance rates keep rising in FL, this is scammy. Also, we've had our roof inspected by 2 different companies just this year and we know what we have left in the life of our roof and no storm damage to be found. Good try though when your randomly came to my door today. Update to respond to company: If you don't target homes, why didn't you stop any of the other 10+ homes on the street? You only stopped at ours, security cameras can see pretty much the entire road.

  There’s allot of factors and competition when it comes to selecting a roofer. There were a plethora of great prospects, but in the end, I chose McElfresh and I sure am glad I did. The difference maker was Brandon, McElfresh’s Project & Sales Manager. He also introduced me via phone to Brad, the company owner, which I thought was a nice touch. Brandon thoroughly explained the entire roofing process, several times actually, because my questions were relentlessly redundant. Didn’t matter if it was day or night, weekdays or weekends, Brandon was most responsive. That was just the start of Brandon’s impact. He also made himself available to shadow my insurance company’s inspector, as a result, my claim was immediately approved. I won’t mention the name of my insurance carrier, but they’re notorious for denying claims and I truly believe that Brandon’s involvement was the difference maker. Brandon also made himself available on the job site. He provided before and after drone pics and ensured the materials and dumpster deliveries were on time. Yes, I could speak even further about Brandon, but I think I’ve made my point -he’s a difference maker. Of course, the icing on the cake was the 6 man build crew. They arrived before sun up and immediately got to work. They were well organized, professional and mindful of the homeowner’s property. They finished a 44 sq job before sundown and they didn’t leave the job site until all clean up was done. You can take your chances with another roofer, they may or may not meet your expectations. But if you go the McElfresh route, you’ll leave nothing to chance, it’ll be done right, especially with Brandon as the point-man.

  Klint told us the whole process of getting the roof replaced and working with the insurance company and their adjusters. He kept us updated all along the process. He came when the adjusters were here. He always followed up with any changes. He was here with the roofers, and followed up after they left to check that all was well.

  I called McElfresh Roofing to find out if they could come to the house I rent from an owner who lives in NJ. I acquired bids for a new roof for the Owner at his request, and a courtesy on my part. I spoke to the Owner of McElfresh and he requested his Sales Rep, Joe call me. Joe called and was very professional, courteous and respectful. We set up a time so he could view the roof at my residence. Joe came to the house and he was very attentive to details, and explained every facet of the roof process, his company's replacement procedures and he answered all my questions. He had extensive knowledge of the process, the materials the company sells including warranties and add-ons if needed. Joe provided material samples, and explained the products. I forwarded all of the info and brochures to the homeowner. Joe has since provided a timely follow-up in a professional manner. If I owned this rental, I would hire McElfresh Roofing based on the contact I had with their Representative Joe, and the knowledge he has of their roofing business.

  Brad and his team did a fantastic job on our new roof. They answered ANY questions that I had and made the entire process so seamless.
