We used McCoy Exteriors to redo the roof on our new home. The roof was in rough shape in several areas, and our home inspection later revealed even larger issues. That’s when we contacted McCoy Exteriors—we needed a solution, and we needed it fast. They were quick to come out for a free, thorough estimate, clearly explaining the costs and all available options. They were understanding of our concerns and timeline, and they had a crew on site when we needed them. Once the old roof was removed, they discovered additional damaged and moldy areas. The pricing for these last-minute repairs was very reasonable, and everything was explained clearly. The team was friendly, professional, fairly priced, and the final installation looks beautiful. They turned an unfortunate and stressful situation for our family into a much smoother experience. We have recommended—and will continue to recommend—McCoy Exteriors without hesitation.

These guys did a full house exterior for us last year (metal siding, soffit, fascia) and we were very happy with the results. No surprises, no BS, just a clear fair quote that was well executed on time. Definitely recommend for roofing and exterior work

We used McCoy Exteriors to install full eavetroughs and ice rails for 5 adjoining townhomes. They did this over 2-2.5 days, were very attentive but also quick in their installations. Matt was also very responsive in emails with the group. …

They put on a new roof, ice guards on the roof, eavestrough, and insulated my attic. They did a great job. They were there when they said they would be, really professional. Great quality at a good price. Highly recommend you call them for a quote.

We reached out to Matt after seeing his work at a house in Westboro and noticing all the houses in our area were starting to get their roofs done. We were curious about the hybrid roof he had done, both shingle and metal. Matt brought samples, explained all the pros and cons, and was very thorough. We chose the hybrid, and we couldn't be happier. Matt's team was professional, punctual, and courteous. His quote was competitive with the companies working in our neighbourhood, but the reason we went with McCoy exteriors was there attention to detail. I watched the other companies rush to get their job done so they could get to the next roof, but this was not the case with McCoy. They made sure every everything was done properly, and they didn't leave a single nail behind. My neighbour also went with McCoy and he too was impressed with the professionalism and the clean-up! A roof is a big purchase, and one you want to make sure you make the right choice. McCoy is the right choice, and we couldn't be happier!
