Their rough poor service caused moisture in my attic and now I am still dealing with it. I am always referred to Tyler and they are doing nothing to help with the damage they are causing me. I will not recommend them at all!

While we empathize with the customers frustration, the moisture in their attic was a result of a pre-existing defect in their HVAC system. Per our contract (and in many ways common sense), we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions that are not code compliant. We unfortunately do not have x-ray vision and cannot catch every problem within a home that is a direct result of things in the home not being code compliant. We inspected the attic, found the problem, and pointed it out the customer and showed photos of why it happened. We even offered to paint the ceiling where the moisture was showing. The homeowner stated that was not good enough and instead took defaming us online and now a BBB Compliant. Even still, we helped point the customer in the right direction to get the problem sorted, either go after the HVAC company who incorrectly installed that pipe that caused the problem or file an insurance claim and be made whole through that route. Again, the customer refused and while I understand why they are unhappy, their anger is misguided towards us. We stand behind our work and have a long history of fixing things that we are responsible for, this is not one of those cases and our offer to do free work was rejected and instead the customer decided to hurt our reputation and leave multiple 1-star reviews. As a result, that offer of free work has been rescinded.

Very poor communication from the beginning. Typical salespeople. Was unclear about cost and our insurance company didn't even know what was going on half the time from their lack of communication. We were told something would get fixed …

It’s not our fault you didn’t want to pay your bill or read and or take our calls. If I could rate you I would and it would a 1 star as a customer.

Couldn’t be happier with our experience working with the Council Bluffs, Iowa Mayday Roofing team. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. They kept us informed every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and manageable. The crew worked hard, paid attention to detail, and left the property looking great when everything was finished. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality workmanship with great communication, but this team absolutely delivered. We’re so happy with the final result and would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

I loved working with Tabitha Foster. She checked out my house and roof after a major hail storm and found things I didn't know was damaged. She is extremely professional when doing her job. She answers any questions and she listened to what we had to say. She made us feel so much at ease and I would definitely work with her again.
