Terrible at communicating. Never completed the job but still threatened and demanded full pay.

Seth is really doing great on my roof so far. A&A were really responsive, there was a gap in catching my appointment request due to folks being out of office, but they moved really responsively once in.

This was our first roofing experience and A&A roofing made it a very simple one! They dealt with all the finagling with the insurance company. We had great, quick communication with all the team members whenever we had questions. We are very happy with our new roof and couldn't be happier with our A&A roofing experience!

TOP NOTCH! I can't imagine a better experience!!! I would say that Rich and this company went above and beyond in every way...from communication, advice, timeliness, and a superb final result. They also showed great respect for my property and my neighbor's property. Even the clean-up was perfect. I feel so lucky I called them! My husband was very impressed, and he was a former roofer.

We had Seth come out and give use a estimate from the wind storm that happened july 9 2021. He was Awesome!! Super knowledgeable and very personable. He Gave me great advise and really explained why the roof needed the repairs.

Scott did a terrific job! My roof on my old house was damaged after a really bad hail storm in 2016. Scott worked with my insurance company, so I barely had to work with them. He took the time to educate me about my roof and was very …

Scott has been nothing but positive to work with over the years. During both times (new roof in 2016 and chimney/siding repair just recently) he has been extremely informative and transparent throughout the entire process. It is very refreshing to have someone who listens, doesn’t give you the runaround, and that you can trust when dealing with important aspects of taking care of your home.

A&A ..roofings scott is truely a man of his word. My parents house was hit bu a tornado last year we had another company put a roof on and had tremendous problems . the didn't replace the decking that was all the way across was badly damaged ..and missing. Scott came through for us my mom suffered a heart attack a stroke and at the end her health has declined to the point we might lose her. Scott took charge of deling with the insurance and waited a long tome to make sure they had all the mo ey frome insurance to pay. Anyone qhp needs anything A&A can do would be a fool not to give them the job. James anglen

Second time I've used this group to replace a roof and repair a roof. Seth came out and found a couple small holes and had it repaired within 10 mins. Thanks Seth. I would definitely recommend this group...

Great experience, I had a small wet spot on my ceiling, the service man took before and after pictures to show me exactly what the problem was and what he did to fix the problem. He also found a couple other minor issues with my roof and also took care of those. I highly recommend A&A for any of your roofing issues.
