IMS Exteriors

The only one or two-star review we hold for IMS Exteriors.

Beware of this company. They are extremely unprofessional and do not honor their word. I called and spoke to Justin about a roof replacement. He assured me he would schedule someone to come out and provide a quote. After no one showed up, I called again and found it nearly impossible to reach anyone. Almost three weeks later, they finally got someone to provide a quote. The price was exorbitantly higher than the quote I received from another company I contacted after their initial lack of responsiveness. Everything happens for a reason, and you are seeing this review so that you can avoid wasting your time with what appears to be a fly-by-night company.

IMS came through when multiple competitors fell through. I had nothing but excuses and hustles from contractors until I found IMS. These guys set appointments and never missed a time. They worked directly with insurance which relieved me of that burden. They are expert installers who even worked through a blizzard and provided a project manager to check installation progress and field my questions. Make one call to IMS and stop shopping around. You won't regret it.

I had Tyler from IMS Exteriors come and check my roof and siding. I thought he was very sweet and professional and not pushy at all. He and the team took the time to get all of my questions answered and provide me with all of the information I needed.

Responsive, easy to work with, professional and reliable. Quality work and good oversight of subcontractors. They explain what and why they are doing and insisted that I be totally satisfied before the job is completed. Absolutely will hire again, they have become my "go to" resource for these types of projects. Highly recommend!
