Called them 10/9 to have them come look at my roof. Was advised they were 3-4 weeks out, and I was ok with that. Six weeks now and I have not heard anything from them. I would think they would at least contact me to let me know I am still on the list but not a peep. Ended up calling a competitor.

They were to call me to set up an inspection time. They called. I answered . They hung up the call. I called back . Now phone is off . I called 4 or 5 times over tge next 2 days and left messages .NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK OR SHOWED UP. I really needed assistance with an interior issue caused by a leak in the roof. I would not recommend this business as there is over promising by the lady who sets up the inspection appointment about their integrity and I did not get the opportunity to find out one way or the other. I WIULD NOT RECOMMEND...

Bates Roofing installed a new roof on our house last fall. They did the entire roof, tear off, and installation in one day. The roof has been hit by some bad weather. There have been no leaks, and the roof still looks new. No muss, no fuss. Excellent work.

They came out and did a full roof inspection. Their findings were very positive. I feared a bad roof as I had some water staining on my ceiling. They reported that the roof was in excellent condition but I had experienced a slight bit of condensation inside the roof during a rapid temp drop. Very happy with this company!!

Great company. In and out in one day. Complete tear off and replace 14 sheets of plywood. Excellent job and a great clean up after finish. Fair price. Cleaned up all stacks and painted them to match my new beautiful roof. Can I give them 6 stars. They deserve it. Paul Gerjevic. Council Bluffs Ia.

Bates Roofing recently replaced my damaged roof due to last year's hail storm. They did a wonderful job. When they were finished everything was cleaned up and one would never have known they had been there. I highly recommend this company .
