Dealing with insurance limitations is often challenging, but that is never an excuse for poor communication or a missed scheduled visit.   Know what you need ahead of time Rep tried to tell me I needed products which was replaced less than 2 weeks ago so the item didn't need replaced Pay attention to apt time The rep showed up outside the scheduled time I made with the company

  Young man has done his best to deal with the insurance company. There was a miscommunication and I didn’t get a call back, but we’ve since looked that over and I was very happy with him.

  Called for an appointment in September and made an appointment for Oct 22nd at 8:30am. On Oct 22nd at 9am, I called and they said they had no appointment set for us! If you choose to do business with this company, please verify your appointments so you don't waste your time.

  They allow reps dads to post good reviews here and negative reviews from their son’s old company, where he had multiple DUI’s.

  Ryan has been great! Very knowledgeable and helpful with this process! We have had 3 different companies check our roof. He was the best by far! He is confident and makes you feel like he will help you the best he can!

  Home Pride completed installation of new gutters an downspouts to to front of my 1908 house. Mike Hodtwalker came out for bid & consultation. His crew Manuel & Raul did an amazing job. Very satisfied & would highly recommend. Respectful of property , professional, skilled work and very polite❗️👍🏻🏡 I will use Home Pride for future work.
