  Just to let these people know Maycon went under! You won’t get your money back! I tried warning you . This …is 2025. UDATE: as of 9-05-24 I WON 2 TIMES IN MAGISTRATE COURT AND THE THIRD TIME IN CIRCUIT COURT. JON HOUCK STOOOD OUT SIDE THE COURT HOUSE AND SAID”GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR MONEY!HE IS A CROOK! 8,000 cash as requested for windows and roof leak. Only wanted 3 pieces of wood replaced. Joe talked me into doing them all and wrapped in aluminum and sealed. Big mistake as you can see. Joe has since been fired 2 times. Oct 19and20th. His crew came and cut ridge cap and put up for flashing, I provided the flashing new. Why put flashing on panels that were to be removed? Sent Joe pictures of windows after the crew finished and left,and he came the next day and the crew came and he told them to do the caulking over. He agreed what a horrible job they did. Joe came back that evening and said well… I said a lot better but not good. .The owner JonHuck put on my review I was rude to secretary, I taped her when I read it she said I was not rude. NEVER did I try to hire them directly but the opposite!. I would not hire them to build a dog house! .Never was their any screaming or arguing, ever.Jon sure writes good but he wrote lies to make his company look good. Not the truth. . November 11 big rain and my roof was leaking just as before so I sent Joe pictures and he said he would call his crew. I called at 10:36 next day and ask where they were. Later the same crew came and came down with a pic!!!! I told Joe and the crew when I took them in the attic a piece of black hard piece that looked like tar had fallen. That was what the leak was on top of the chimney. They wanted to put plastic garbage bag there. My friend said that will never hold. He went and bought back rope and very thick plastic 100.00 a roll,and had to yell from the ground how to secure it tightly. No more leak. That was my friend.   does anyone know how to get ahold of this company?? we paid them 4k to get supplies in august and haven’t heard anything back from them since. I don’t even know if they still plan on doing the work since we can’t reach anyone. Any advice on when it’s best to call or the best day of the week to call would be appreciated.

  Upon hearing these allegations we immediately asked the customer to file a police report. Besides cooperating and assisting this customer, there is not any disciplinary action that be taken because as mentioned above, this individual is not a Maycon employee. Our employees are trained to NOT collect personal information from customers that take use of our financing programs. We train everyone to use the vendor provided applications on our iPads and have the customer directly input sensitive information and to never write it down. We cannot access sensitive details even if we called and asked for them. We go through a multilayer interview process. If we do select the individual to hire they go through extensive training. We also do not tolerate less than adequate performance as we had already terminated this individual prior to this complaint for performance related issues. We participated fully in this customers inquiry and offered to help in many ways. We are disappointed and saddened that this experience happened with a former employee of ours. This is not our standard or code of conduct. We do not condone or tolerate any dishonest or unlawful behavior. We are a small family owned business. We believe in honesty, doing the right thing and we work hard to help others, which is what makes this review especially disappointing.

  We had an awful experience with Maycon. We had our roof, soffit box, gutters, and metal work done on our home. When they came for those things the project manager told us if we didn’t get our soffit box fixed it might fall off of our home. They started the metal work around the house. They brought on a fella that was very unprofessional to my home. He began the job and never finished but a few days after he hung the metal it began to turn blue. They brought on a second team. They showed up and looked like they had never seen the equipment in front of them ever before in their life. They bent the metal and it was all crooked and out of shape. They hung it on our home. We complained again. A third time they brought another team and the job was finally done satisfactory. I was home for the whole project and went out to chat with the laborers and the project manager through the project. They did the roof and one day I went out to chat with them the project manager had me look at the soffit box that they told us needed to come down to fix it. That it needed built brand new. We paid for that service. He showed me a piece of wood sticking straight up and straight out of my home unpainted, it looked insane. I explained per our contract the box was supposed to be removed. He’s the one who told us it needed done or it would fall off of our home. After some more complaints they started that Job. I was walking my dog at the time and heard a huge bang. I looked up and the soffit box fell off of my home. THEY NEVER TOLD US this happened. I watched it happen. It was clear they had no idea what they were doing. They cleaned it up without telling me and they put it back together and put it back onto my home with the old wood, the old soffit, and metal that fell and crashed down onto the ground. It was actually crumpled and they put it back on. They did not use new materials they used the old materials they were supposed to rebuild the whole thing per our contract. At this point we

  Don did great on coming out and doing estimate on siding, was on time very nice guy even called back to make sure everything was correct with what I wanted. He told to give a few days to get estimate together I waited a week never herd from him so I texted said he was still working on it waited another week called office talked to a lady she said she would pass it along to the guy's. It's been four m onths still no estimate so I guess the job was to big, if they didn't want to do it just say no.

  Tino and his Team were great. We had our Metal roof replaced with Shingles and it was a great option. He had a few hiccups with the Sales Team due to Rep changes and in getting the ball rolling. Sales Reps need to be very clear on what all a new roof includes and what is extra. Checking up on customer concerns could be handled in a more timely manner. Tino worked with us to get us to a happy point and make everything good. All in all we are happy with our service.

  From sales to service and installation, Maycon provided an excellent experience. Sales was knowledgeable and willing to provide all the info I required. Project management kept me in the loop about everything going on, and the installation team did a stellar job. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a roof that exceeds code. Quality work, quality service all around.

  Will did a phenomenal job breaking down the options and packages, they had to offer and the step-by-step roof replacement process the on-site crew would perform. Tino the project manager was a pleasure to deal with making sure all of my concerns were resolved. The roof looked great and should last for years to come.

  If you ever need a new roof or siding I would go to Maycon!! Will did an amazing job explaining why one would be better for us then the other in roofing materials and last longer for our money. We also priced the siding to see if it needed redone and he was able to help us have more options then we thought to consider. They take their time, have patience with you and explain everything in great detail. You couldn't ask for a more caring company to do work for you!! Looking forward to their services. Ask for Will, he's knowledgeable, so kind and helpful!! You'll be glad you went with them!!

  Maycon is fantastic! Will came out to take a look at my roof after a storm. He was very thorough, honest and knowledgeable. He made sure I understood exactly what was damaged and what my options were for fixing it. I highly recommend Maycon!

  Recently had to have my roof replaced and after searching for a great company with great prices I decided on Maycon Construction Services. I am glad that I did. They were respectful and finished my roof in a timely manner. Will was the most helpful in the process and made everything go as smooth as possible. Would definitely recommend!
