I had no leaks prior to Maxim installing my new roof. I would never recommend Maxim.

This company did a commercial job directly across the street from me. I found roofing material and ripped bags across the street from the job in my yard. When I called, the guy I spoke with immediately started saying how that company doesn't do that and blah blah blah. But yet it was the only roof being done around me and I now have bags in my yard. Doesn't take a genius to figure that one out.

Hi Coty, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. The commercial roof we installed across the street from you was a Duro-Last membrane roof that didn’t Involve any shingles. Although we do install shingle residential roofs, this is not a product we have ever worked with. If you’re open to it, give me a call at 810-618-8709, I’d be glad to discuss how we could change your opinion of Maxim Roofing.

My skylight started leaking on my 28 year old roof. I had three companies give me a bid. Gatlin’s bid from Maxim roofing was not only the most thorough, knowledgeable, and complete it was also the best price. Our roof is big and steep along with the fact that all of the supplies had to be carried up to the roof on a ladder. The roofers were hardworking as well as very good at their job. They were finished in the time frame that Gatlin promised and clean-up was impeccable. I would highly recommend Maxim to anyone needing a roof as my neighbor recommended to me!

In this day and age it is hard to find companies that value character and doing the right thing. Maxim Roofing is one of those companies. Gatlin and the residential crew are people you can trust to do the right thing and do the job right!

We had a great experience working with Maxim Roofing on a recent roofing project. From the initial proposal through completion, their team demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality. Many things stood out positively; however, one of my primary concerns going into the project was the potential for disruption, given that the work was being completed on an active commercial property while we remained open for business. Maxim Roofing did an excellent job managing this, remaining extremely mindful of our daily operations, maintaining a safe and organized job site, and minimizing disruption throughout the process. Communication was clear and consistent, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Just as importantly, their service and responsiveness after the project was completed have been excellent, reinforcing our confidence in both their work and their team. It’s clear they take pride in both their workmanship and customer service. I would confidently recommend Maxim Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services.
