I spoke with Andrew multiple times. The house was being sold and as part of a the closing we agreed to replace the roof. I hired Andrew and told him multiple times that I wanted to know when he would be replacing the roof. The estimate was $5,500 -$8,500 depending on how much wood needed to be replaced. I wanted my husband to be there to see the amount of wood being replaced. Andrew never let me know when he was coming. He emailed me after numerous phone calls and said the roof had been replaced last week. He charged the maximum $8,500. I asked him for pictures of the wood the need replaced nothing just wants me to take his word for it. Said he could provide a receipt for the wood. But how would I know it was for my house when I don’t even know what day he went there. The whole thing just seems shady.

Baxter Roofing is a first class company. They are prompt and courteous, and priced fairly. We worked with Andrew for our roof replacement, and we were very satisfied. Definitely call them if you are in the market for a new roof!

Andrew and his crew are so good. Never in my mind that they came to my home and tore off the old roof and reinstalled all new shingles in one day. Unbelievable!! They came the next day and less than 4 hours they replaced my roof on my detached garage. Who does that. Max Baxter Roofing does. When they left my property my yard and driveway was spotless. They pick up all the debris. Very good crew and they seem so happy working together. If you need your roof replaced. Call Max Baxter Roofing, you won't find a better roofer. Thank you Andrew.

Good source of cheaper priced lumber. I have not yet had shingles put on my house, but I have had a good experience on lumber .

Max Baxter, the owner, came out personally to rectify some issues I had with the roof. He also apologized to me for being rude over the phone. He has yet to be paid for the job of putting a roof on, until I am 100% satisfied. He is …

Had roof quoted two years ago. Had a family emergency that delayed the roof. Quoted again and put it on schedule. They came in force and knocked it out. Cleaned up excellent. Dealt with Andrew and he is fair and honest. I highly recommend.

I used them in 2022 and they were affordable and did a great job. With the winds and storms we’ve had the last few weeks, the roof has held up wonderfully and I wanted to make sure to leave a review because choosing the right roofer is a big decision. I would easily use them again.

They did a great job on my roof at a very fair price. It only took 7 days from estimate to completion. I was amazed at how well they cleaned up after they were done. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
