Maverick Exteriors did an excellent job replacing our roof in Overland Park, KS. We sustained quite a bit of damage from a hail and wind storm. The house has lots of rooflines, large chimney, several valleys and steep sloping, so we needed a trustworthy company that is attentive to details. The new IKO Cambridge Driftwood shingles we selected looks amazing against the stone. The Maverick team was well organized and the communication was seamless from start to finish. If you are comparing roofing companies in the Overland Park, KS area...I would definitely recommend talking with Bob and his team from Maverick Exteriors!

Add Maverick Exteriors to my list of go to people that get the job done! Thought I might have a roof issue, so they checked every inch and found no issues. However, they did see an issue with the guttering that needed attention. Within a day they had a team out and took care of it. These guys are good!

I know absolutely nothing about roofs. Before calling them, my entire roofing knowledge came from looking up and hoping for the best. They walked me through everything, answered all my questions without making me feel dumb, and did an …

Mark, thank you so much. We really appreciated it. When the storms hit your neighborhood and Cherry Creek and Carriage Crossing, everyone in Leawood was wondering who to go to, and we're grateful you came to us.

We just bought a house and they got in and out within a couple days after we purchased, which is unbelievable to me. They had exactly what I needed and now I have a new roof and it’s beautiful. Thank you to the crew that put it on.

Maverick replaced 20 windows for us. They look great, open and close easily, and a huge improvement from what we had before. We had an issue with one window but the installer told me about the issue, called for the window replacement and …

I highly recommend this company, they came out to do the repair on our roof in a timely manner. It was not an easy fix, they had to find a water leak that was not visible. The best part is they came out a few times and did not give up till the leak was fixed. Easy to communicate with and they make sure the job is done right.

Very Efficient! Michael had a roofer sent out the same day as the estimate to look at potential leaking that may have been causing wood rot around a door frame. I had 8 windows replaced. The installer has been with Maverick for over 10 years. Very happy with their service.

Maverick Roofing was fantastic! We reached out to them to do a thorough roof inspection on our new house before closing. They were professional, detailed, and gave an honest assessment. They told us the roof was in great shape and we didn’t need any repairs at all. In an industry where some companies push unnecessary work, it was refreshing to get such an honest inspection. We’re really glad we used Maverick Roofing. I’d highly recommend them if you need a reliable roof inspection or any roofing services.

After getting multiple quotes and some questionable comments on my roof that I didn’t agree with. Bob gave me a great quote. Had his people check out the roofing, I did not need Complete red decking Which another company said I needed. was very grateful of that. Work was done in a timely fashion and left my home looking great.thank you so much for the wonderful work
