Had our roof replaced and lanai screen repaired from a recent storm that produced large size hail. The service received by Maverick Roofing was extraordinary. They helped me with the negotiation with our insurance provider and was able get the work performed in a timely fashion and received insurance compensation without haggling.

Tyler was incredible to work with from start to finish. He walked us through every step—from the roof inspection to the insurance process, HOA approval, permits, and working with the claims adjuster. Our roof was very involved as we have solar panels and gutters plus we needed to be brought up to code. His knowledge made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. The crew completed the job in a timely manner. The dumpster was removed promptly, and everyone we interacted with was professional and friendly. I was initially hesitant due to concerns about roofing scams, but this company exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Maverick Roofing and definitely ask for Tyler!!!

Chuck and Andrew did an excellent job from start to finish. Chuck knocked my door in August 2025, and long story short, my insurance approved our case in December after several inspections, and recently we finally replaced our roof with higher quality of shingles than our old shingles and I liked that they installed upgraded under lament under the shingles for extra water protection, which my home builder had not installed. They found the source of a leak above my pantry and they and a stucco contractor installed a new flashing and stucco. They kept the price within budget that I only paid the insurance deductible. Chuck is very kind and professional and answered all of my questions and he was a great guide through the entire process. I am so grateful for Maverick Roofing and their team members.
