I manage a few high end condo and apartment buildings in the Boca Raton and Delray area, so finding a roofing company that knows the local rules and how the association system works was very important to me. Also, finding contractors that communicate clearly and can give a precise diagnosis was so essential for myself and the board. I have worked with Kevin now on multiple projects and would highly recommend Matthews Roofing for any work you need. He has also been a huge help providing roofing consulting services for us and we hope to continue to work together for a long time.

I've now hired Matthews Roofing for a few projects, including roof leak repairs and roof recertifications on properties in Lake Park, Sebastian, Pompano Beach, and Port St. Lucie. They are super punctual, communicate well, and have been extremely reliable and easy to work with. That level of consistency is hard to find, especially when managing multiple properties in different areas. I would highly recommend Matthews Roofing to any real estate investor looking for a dependable roofing company.

Thanks Rafal! We really appreciate the continued business and trust. It’s always a pleasure helping you with roof repairs and recertifications, whether it’s down here in Broward and Palm Beach or up in St. Lucie and Indian River County. Thanks again for taking the time to leave us a review!

I’m a Realtor working mostly in Broward and Palm Beach County, and Kevin recently helped me save a deal that was stuck in contract because of a 20-year-old tile roof. The seller didn’t want to replace a roof that was still in good condition, but my buyer was having trouble getting insurance because of its age. Kevin came out, inspected the roof and was able to issue a roof recertification showing it still had usable life remaining. That gave us what we needed to get past the insurance issue and get the deal to closing. He was a lifesaver for me and my client.

Thanks so much, Brian! It was a pleasure working with you and your sellers — really nice folks. We’re glad could help with the tile roof recertification, get the insurance issue resolved, and keep the deal moving toward closing. We love being able to save deals like this and help everyone involved find a solution without an unnecessary roof replacement. Looking forward to working with you again on future deals in Broward and Palm Beach County!
