Gutters are completely overflowing either due to them putting small gutters (and large downspouts when it would have been better to match both) or due to gutter screens installed incorrectly. I am now having to contact another company to remedy the issue given since I did not hear back from them when contacted recently.

I had squirrels in my attic, Master Roofing was able to wrap my soffits and facia boards and installed new gutters and down spouts. They did a great job , would recommend them highly. And Truett was very honest by telling me my roof did not replacing at this time, had at least another 4 years .

They did a fantastic job for us. 40 year old siding need to go, and if we still live here in another 40 years, I’ll be calling them again.

Our 25 year old roof needed replacing and Master Roofing did a phenomenal job. From start to finish communication was outstanding! There wasn't any sneaky hidden cost, pricing was up front, the quote came fast and saying yes to the job was a no-brainer. The roof is beautiful and we could not be happier with the whole experience.

Travis Floyd and his team did a fabulous job replacing my roof and 2 sky lights. They were professional and clean. Our neighborhood got 5 bids for roofs and Travis was extremely fair in his pricing. Three of us had him do a complete job and now other neighbors are doing the same.

I recently had my roof replaced by Master Roofing & Siding, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in every decision. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire project. I was kept informed at every stage, from scheduling to progress updates, and they were always quick to respond whenever I had a question. That level of transparency really helped reduce any stress and made the whole process feel smooth and well-managed. The pricing was also very fair and clearly outlined upfront, with no surprises along the way. Given the quality of the work and materials, I truly feel like I received great value for the investment. The crew showed up on time each day, worked efficiently, and kept the work area clean and organized. It was clear they take pride in their craftsmanship—the finished roof looks fantastic and has already made a noticeable difference in the overall appearance of my home. On top of that, their customer service was outstanding from the owner of the company to everyone involved! They followed up afterward to ensure I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Master Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, reliability, fair pricing, and excellent communication so well.
