I am a Richmond realtor and have used Master Pro services with my family members as well as with many clients who needed roof inspections or needed a roof replacement. Their work is excellent. It really is. I first called Carlos years ago about a leak on a slate roof at my daughter’s house in Church Hill. He not only repaired it but also the pricing was extremely reasonable. mot all roofing companies work on slate. Their service was prompt as well. I have never experienced one complaint about their work. I highly recommend them. I would never recommend anyone to my clients who I did not endorse wholeheartedly.

I am writing concerning my experience with Carlos and his crew. I know they think I forgot but I waited until it rained. Just to make sure, LOL. Really I had no doubt. It was a wonderful experience. I had a very old roof with two layers of …

Carlos and his team replaced our flat roof out here in Church Hill back in 2018. It was top notch work. I forgot to leave a review! I was just recommending Carlos to a friend and now I want to say that he and his team did an AMAZING job and a very reasonable price. Also he assured us to contact him if there were any issues. There have been no issues at all! A trustworthy professional, highly recommend!

Great experience with Master Pro Services. Carlos was quick to respond and came out the same day to assess my leaking skylight. While it was a small repair job for his company, Carlos still squeezed us into his schedule and completed the repairs himself. He worked with what we had and was very honest about the condition of our skylights and roof, and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. He also texted me the day after a hard rain to ensure his work had held up and there were no leaks. I couldn’t be more impressed with Carlos and his company, and highly recommend them.

What a great company. Carlos have been my roofer for over 15 years. I renovated as contractor and realtor over 60 houses and he did all my roofing work. I recommend Master Pro.

Carlos came out, gave estimate that was very reasonable. He then came out a few weeks later. He and his team fixed the leak issue in just a few hours. The cleaned up and were gone. They did a great job, and no more leaks since then! I would highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs, small to replacing the entire roof.

Carlos has done all of houses we’ve remodeled since 2016. Whether it was fixing a few shingles or changing the entire roof, Carlos always did excellent work. He is very responsive, professional, and honest. When it comes to roofing, we 100% trust Carlos’s opinion and do what Carlos recommends to do.
