I have left several messages via the phone and email, and not one return call or message. Very unprofessional.

I’m sorry you had this experience, we do not have any record of you reaching out. We are afraid you might have us confused with one of the other Massey Roofing companies in Florida. The good news is you’re not out any money!

Caine was super knowledgeable and easy to work with. We had some hail damage that needed fixed and he was more than happy to help us get through our insurance claim painlessly. Anyone needing any roof repairs don't hesitate to contact Swagg.

Massey Contracting transformed my home! The gutters took a small amount of wait time but it was totally worth it. It’s everything I asked for and more. Thank you Chase very much for the astonishing work! The only issue my family had with customer service was with a person to the right of Chase in the advertisement videos above. He should not be in charge of any businesses or management.

Thank you for the five-star review and for trusting Massey Contracting with your home. We're thrilled Chase and the crew delivered the results you wanted and that the gutters were worth the wait. We apologize for the customer service concern you mentioned about the individual in our videos and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We take feedback seriously and will address this with our team; if you would like to discuss it further or speak with Chase directly, please contact our office or send us a direct message.

Massey finished my roof in 2 days with pristine work! The job was so impressive that each of my neighbors got their roofs finished by Massey as well. Real reviews with real work to prove it

My son had damage to his roof after a hurricane last year, and Aizeah Galvan had a crew installing a roof for his neighbor. He inspected my son’s roof and informed him that it was in fact minor, and that they could take care of it right …

We had a branch fall on our roof and had Massey to come out to give us an estimate. The estimate included unnecessary work with an astronomical price tag attached. We were able to get the same work done by another contractor for a fraction of what they quoted us ($2200 versus $400). They also encouraged us to try to get our insurance to pay for a new roof when our roof is only 10 years old. These type of practices are why insurance rates in Florida are sky high. The company was professional and nice to deal with and the price they quoted us for a new roof seemed comparable to other quotes, but I wouldn't recommend them for repairs and I do not support the practice of trying to get insurance to pay for a new roof.
