  I was very pleased with Mr Martinez work on my house. Very nice , reasonable, and timely. He takes the time to discuss any questions you have. I would recommend him before anyone else. I found out they didn't replace all the vents and hardware on top of roof. They left damaged parts there

  Seems like they just want an insurance check. They couldn’t give me an estimate without me getting a check from my insurance company first. Rather I have a check or not the price shouldn’t change. Also the person Jerold I spoke with had a bad attitude. Waste of time. Idk maybe they are doing some type of insurance scam

  Mam when we spoke on the phone with you we asked where you were at with the process. We asked if you had already filed a claim and if you needed an estimate. You said no so we told you that we would go out there to do an inspection of the damages and take photos to send to you, which we did. We sent you all that information and told you to file a claim and get all that taken care of and once you received your paperwork and payment we will then send an estimate because the process can take up to 3 weeks or longer. There was no attitude the attitude was you through text after we messaged that to you. Also there is no scam the owner can choose to let the contractor view the paperwork or not. Some customers don’t mind and others do. It’s not a scam is how the customer views and chooses to move forward with the process.

  Hello we are only taking calls when we are able to give service. We get over 30 calls a day.Most contractors like us are already booked up and are weeks tied up with work. We apologize for the inconvenience but there are many contractors in the area you could call. Not even sure if you are even a real customer or not look like spam.

  Failed to let the tenant know they would be working on the roof at 0645am. Woke up my infant after he just went to sleep. Took over the parking. No notification. When asked about it he said "oh I forgot I had your information to inform you just forgot. But I got to finish". Then walked away. No consideration or nothing.

  Sorry for not notifying you guys in time. I have a lot going on not just one thing. I said I was sorry to not have notified you. The work we do on the roof cannot be done in a quite manner in no way. I understand that you have a child but regardless we have to do the work in this heat we have to work full days to try to get the work done as soon as possible. When I have spoke with owner and told that we will be here to get the work done it needs to be done we can’t wait or leave to come back another day just because we forgot to notify any tenant. I understand your inconvenience and said I was sorry that’s all that I could do.

  I would recommend Martinez Roofing to all my family and friends. I had a wonderful encounter from the very beginning to the very end. The communication was on point. The work was fast, professional, and a seamless experience. The owner was reliable and friendly. The cost was very reasonable. I will be using them again.

  Grate company,Came out gave us an estimate next morning they Showed up got the job done that day. Crew is very polite professional after they did the work show me pictures of the some repairs .Talk to me about everything they did. I was very pleased. I recommend you give them a call

  Martinez Roofing 254 is my go to for all roofing needs. They are reliable, very responsive, timely, and most of all their customer service is top notch! I would always recommend them hands down. If their not available, I will wait. Their work is perfect at its best.

  Martinez roofing provided me nothing but excellent and fast service. I called day one and by day two Martinez Roofing was on site installing my much needed roof. Martinez Roofing also repaired a previously broken truss. I cannot thank these professionals enough. I will definitely call on Martinez Roofing again for their expert roofing services in the future.

  Thank you so much Martinez Roofing for the great job you did on my mother's roof. You made the reroof process so easy for her last year. Today my mother is selling her home of 20 years. I want to thank you for coming back out to check her roof and also adding the flashing and trimming back the trees when you didn't have to. Its little things like this that set you apart as a great roofing company.!!!
