I had the full roof underlayment replaced, and I’m very glad I chose Martin Family Roofing & Remodeling. The crew, including Jaden, Bennett, and Colby, were professional, friendly, and very hard-working from start to finish. Even after a long wait to get the job scheduled, they completed the roofing work in only 5 days, which really impressed me. What stood out most was their attention to current roofing standards and the small details that matter. They replaced the old cement around the exhaust pipes with proper metal flashing and painted it to blend in with the roof tile, which gave everything a clean finished look. They also added roof ventilation to help keep my home in Cape Canaveral cooler during the hot Florida weather. They were careful to protect the roof every evening before leaving, especially during rainy summer days, so there was no concern about water getting in overnight. The underlayment they installed looks strong, durable, and well overlapped for extra protection. They also replaced the bird stops and all needed flashing, which gave me more confidence in the whole roofing system. Another thing I appreciated was how well they cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. After I inspected the completed roof, I could not find any issues. The price was fair, the workmanship was excellent, and the whole experience was smooth and reassuring. I would gladly recommend this roofer to anyone needing quality roof repair or replacement work.

I highly recommend Martin Family Roofing & Remodeling for very detailed, high-quality roofing and exterior repair work. We had several problem areas around the roofline, flashing, windows, and siding where water was getting in every time a heavy rain came through. After the repairs were completed, everything has stayed completely dry, and I no longer worry when the afternoon storms roll in. Before that, we had hired another contractor to work on the same leaking spots, and even after paying a lot, the issues actually got worse. There was no real warranty, and it felt like money was wasted. This crew took the time to inspect the problem correctly, seal the vulnerable areas, and make the repairs the right way the first time. Their workmanship, attention to detail, and knowledge of leak repair really stood out. If you want solid roofing and exterior work without wasting time or money, this is the company to call.

I contacted a few roofing contractors about an ongoing roof leak, but most did not call back and others were booked too far out just to give an estimate. Bennett returned my call the same day and came out the very next day to inspect the roof. He spent plenty of time checking the shingles, flashing, and other possible trouble spots to try to track down the leak. Bennett was straightforward and professional, and he clearly explained that the exact source of the leak was hard to confirm at that time. He walked me through several repair options and explained the pros and cons of each in simple terms, which helped me feel confident about the next step. He also understood how urgent roof leaks can be in Cape Canaveral with the heat, rain, and storms, and offered fast scheduling to help prevent further damage. Once I approved the proposal, the roofing work was scheduled quickly. The crew showed up on time, worked carefully, and protected the property throughout the job. They cleaned up very well after the work was done, and Jaden returned the next day to do another detailed check for any leftover debris. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I would absolutely use this roofing company again for any future roof repair needs.

Martin Family Roofing & Remodeling is an outstanding roofing company. Jaden has many years of hands-on experience, so he understands current roofing standards and also keeps up with newer products and methods coming into the roofing industry. That knowledge really showed when we were choosing the best roof for our home. He took time to explain important details like budget, roof style, material options, storm and heat exposure, HOA requirements, and which shingle brands have a strong track record. One thing many homeowners forget to ask about is the insurance side of a roof replacement. They made that part very smooth and easy for us. The team knew how to work through the process, answer questions clearly, and help reduce stress when dealing with the insurance company. That support made a big difference and gave us more confidence from start to finish. For the roof itself, we picked a Class 4 driftwood-style asphalt shingle, and it looks fantastic. It not only improved the appearance of our home, but it also feels like a strong and practical choice for Florida weather, sun exposure, and heavy rain. The crew arrived on time, worked hard all day, kept the job moving, and completed the project with great attention to detail. Their work ethic and cleanup were impressive. There was one small issue with a dented gutter caused before installation, but it was handled right away. Bennett noticed the damage, and the crew came back quickly to install a brand-new gutter without any hassle. That kind of fast response says a lot about their professionalism and how much they care about doing the job right. I would absolutely use them again for any roofing work. Even though they may be a smaller operation than some others, the service felt much more personal, honest, and attentive. Every time I had a question, Colby was responsive, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the project. If you want a roofer that delivers quality workmanship, clear communication, and real customer care

We recently replaced our older roof with a durable metal roofing system, and choosing Martin Family Roofing & Remodeling was the right call because of their strong workmanship and great customer care. With so many roofers out there, their reputation stood out. The whole roofing project moved along smoothly and was finished in just a few days. The new roof looks excellent, and the final results went well beyond what we expected. During the job, there was a small issue with a dryer vent, but Colby and the crew caught it right away and fixed it fast. They paid close attention to detail, kept the work area clean, and made the entire roof replacement process easy and stress free. We expect this metal roof to protect our home for many years, and we would gladly use them again for any future roofing or exterior work.

jaden came out to do the estimate for Martin Family Roofing & Remodeling. The price was competitive with other roofers, and they offered to install the new metal roof over the existing roof instead of doing a full tear-off, which helped save money and made the roof feel quieter during heavy Florida rain. they showed up on time and completed the roofing work in sections since the old roof stayed in place. A few rain showers slowed things down, but the whole project was still finished in about a week. After the install, i noticed some damage on the new metal roofing panels around the chimney area from the flashing cut-in work. At first there was some discussion about whether it would wear off, but after a few follow-ups, bennett stepped in, ordered replacement panels, and had the crew return to swap out the affected sections. That meant a lot to me because roof repairs and installs are not just about getting the job done, but about standing behind the work and fixing anything that needs attention. In the end, they made the roof right, the metal roof looks great, and i would definitely give them 5 stars. i highly recommend them for metal roofing work on any home in Cape Canaveral.

After comparing a metal roof to shingles, I decided to go with metal for our home in Cape Canaveral. Our house had already been through two shingle roofs, so with the Florida heat, heavy rain, and strong storms, a metal roofing system felt like the better long-term choice. My husband had seen how well this type of roof held up before, so we felt confident moving forward with Martin Family Roofing & Remodeling. Jaden came out to inspect everything and gave us a clear estimate that was easy to understand. He also gave us a realistic timeline, and the project moved along just as promised. The roofing crew arrived organized and ready to work, with Colby managing the job site and making sure every step stayed on track. It was impressive to see how smoothly the whole process worked. They had a solid system, stayed focused, and even had someone cleaning up during the job so the property stayed neat the entire time. They replaced the roof on my home, the outbuilding, and the pool house, and every structure now looks fantastic. Bennett also helped coordinate the gutter replacement, and that work turned out just as well. The new metal roof has a clean, sharp look, and the burnished slate color really stands out and adds great curb appeal. My husband and I are extremely happy with the final results. The workmanship was professional, the crew worked hard, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality roofing work and excellent results.
