When someone knocks and offers a free roof inspection, I usually think there has to be some kind of sales gimmick. But Martin Family Roof Repair sent Micah out, and the whole visit was honest and easy. He checked the shingles, flashing, and overall roof condition and let us know everything was in good shape. He said the roof should keep doing well for several more years unless a major hail storm causes damage later on, which is always something homeowners in Cypress should keep an eye on. What really stood out was that there was no pressure at all. No tricks, no pushy sales talk, and no attempt to sell us roof repair we did not need. Just clear, straight answers from someone who knows roofing. That kind of honesty is hard to find, and it gave us a lot of confidence. We kept the card and will definitely call again after the next strong storm if we need a roof check. I would gladly recommend this roofer to anyone in Cypress looking for a trustworthy inspection.

You can tell you found a solid roofing contractor by how clearly they explain what your roof needs and what it does not need. I first had them come out for a roof inspection, and after checking everything, Craig let me know the roof was still in good shape and did not need repairs at that time. I later found out they also handle gutter work, and their estimate was fair, so getting the job scheduled was quick and easy. The gutter installation was completed fast, the workmanship looked great, and the whole process was smooth. In Cypress, it is important to have a roofing company that is honest, responsive, and understands how heat and storms can affect roofs and gutters. I am very happy with the work and will definitely call them again when it is time for a new roof.

As a first-time homeowner, it was really upsetting to see mold showing up on the ceiling so soon after moving into a newly built home. I’m very glad I chose a roofing and restoration team that knew how to handle the issue. During the …

Had an excellent experience with company: Martin Family Roof Repair. At first i had a small concern because the name sounded too budget, but after hearing strong recommendations, i decided to move forward and i am very glad i did. After the roofline was measured and the quote was approved, Ruben came out to personally inspect the roofing job with the crew as the work started. Everyone was courteous, skilled, and professional throughout the whole process. The crew completed the tear-off and new roof installation in just one day, which really impressed me. I used to do roofing myself, so i know this was not an easy project. My roof has a lot of valleys, lookouts, different slopes, flashing areas, and vents to work around, but the crew handled it smoothly and with real attention to detail. They returned the next day for final touch-up work and cleanup, and they went above and beyond. Not a single nail or scrap of shingle was left behind. They even cleared leaves off the decking, which was not expected but showed how much pride they take in their work. The finished roof looks great, the workmanship feels solid, and the whole project was money well spent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

They really went above and beyond during our roofing project. We worked with Tristan, and he made sure every part of the job was handled the right way. After storm damage, we needed a full roof replacement along with new gutters, and the crew made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The roofing team showed up on time, worked hard, and kept the property clean from start to finish. Their workmanship was solid, and they were professional, respectful, and easy to communicate with throughout the project. We also had a small issue with the insurance adjuster, but Tristan stepped in quickly and helped make sure everything was taken care of and that all of our roofing needs were fully met. It is not easy to find a roofer that is this dependable, honest, and detail-focused. The new roof looks great, the gutters were installed properly, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We have already recommended them to neighbors and would gladly recommend them again to anyone needing roofing work after storm damage.

We are extremely happy with our new metal roof, the porch roof rebuild, and the new gutters. The whole roofing project was smooth and stress free from start to finish, and our home looks amazing now. Craig was honest, reliable, and very fair with pricing, and the roofing crew arrived on time, worked hard through the day, and finished the job right. They explained the process clearly, kept the work area clean, and made everything easy for us. It is refreshing to find a roofer you can truly trust to do what they promise. We highly recommend this roofing company to anyone in Cypress needing roof work, gutters, or porch roof repairs.

Martin Family Roof Repair did an excellent job on our townhouse roof replacement. The crew was skilled, professional, and really knew roofing work well. They handled a full roof replacement, including a mansard shingle section on the front of the house that was not an easy part of the job. tristan made sure everything stayed on track, answered our questions, and managed the crew with care. craig was also great to work with on scheduling and stopped by the site to review progress and help with questions. ruben provided strong customer service and stayed available whenever we needed updates. The estimator gave clear and simple information that helped us choose the right shingles and understand the full scope of the work. The crew finished the roof in just one day, including some decking board replacement and repairs to an area that had earlier water damage. They checked that the wood base was solid before the new shingles were installed, which gave us extra peace of mind. With the hot Cypress weather, it was impressive to see how organized and efficient the roofers were from start to finish. they cleaned up everything well at the end, protected the property during the project, and made the whole roofing process smooth and stress-free. i am very happy with the final result, and it looks strong, clean, and built to last.

Very professional roofing team. I met with several roofers for estimates and advice, and the last company I asked out was Martin Family Roof Repair. Craig made me feel at ease and was never pushy. Their price was much better than the others, and I am very glad I chose them. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the crew finished my house roof and separate garage roof in one day before a storm rolled in. I also decided to replace my gutters and downspouts, which turned out to be a great choice. They used top-quality roofing materials, and everything was done in the order and time frame they explained. The whole process was smooth, organized, and professional. I have already recommended them to my cousin, who is now using their roofing services too. Now I can rest easy during strong rain and stormy weather knowing my roof is in great shape.
