Would not recommend this company at all, to anyone. Especially after storm damage. Very very opportunistic business practices and will take full advantage of you and your insurance company if they think they can. There’s better options. I decided to use a different company. Best money I ever spent was the cancellation cost to get away from them. **EDIT** since they so diligently decided to respond about a 3rd party adjuster, I should point out that their sales rep is the one who setup said adjuster. I didn’t know that’s what was taking place until the sales rep and the adjuster were at my home with the insurance adjuster there. They then submitted a quote to the insurance for $27k on a 22 square shingle roof! So if anybody would like to know why their insurance rates are going up, give them a call. Let them explain it. I actually told the adjuster to chill after I realized what he was doing. Don’t believe me? Ask him yourself. I hear he works with y’all quite a bit.

Thank you for taking the time to process your review. However, our records indicate that you utilized a 3rd party Public Adjuster as we did not service your insurance claim. It would be our recommendation if you recieved an excessive amount of money from your claim to return the unused portion of funds back to your insurance carrier.

After extensive research we chose Martin County Roofing to re-roof our building and we were not disappointed. Although there were complications because of the age of the roof and the a/c units on the roof - every issue was resolved with skill and attention to detail- and all work was completed on schedule- to the absolute delight of all the business owners. Reliable-meticulous and fair pricing- don't hesitate- call them!

They took care of everything from the beginning to the end. Hardest part was picking out the color and type of roof. They did the permits, removal, inspections, installation, and clean up! Office staff was very receptive, responsive and keeps you informed along the way. I would use them again!

An amazing company!! Martin County Roofing was extremely efficient and very communicative throughout the entire process. Ashley Sawyer is a true gem! Ashley made sure to keep me updated immediately with every step of the process so there was never a time I had to reach out myself to find out what may be going on from the quoting process to the permits to the final inspection. On top of that I personally had an issue with my solar panels being removed from the house to be placed back on and although it’s not a service they provide themselves, Ashley took the steps to reach out to different solar companies and get quotes for me, sent them to me, and communicated with the company I chose to align dates and so on. The roof looks amazing and they were even able to save most of my gutters around the house so I don’t have to pay for new ones although Ashley as well looked up a few places and sent me quotes on that. Can’t say enough good things about this company and especially the time and effort Ashley put in to making sure I knew what was going on the entire process as I was out of the state on a contract job! 100% recommend this company and their work and if you’re lucky enough to get Ashley as your installation coordinator it would be even better!

I had a fantastic experience with MCR. The roofers did a fantastic job and so quickly! There was zero materials left behind and each day, you could not even tell the house was being worked on. Zero trace was left from the roofers. I would most definitely recommend Martin County Roofers to who needs a roof replacement. The whole roof tells ent took about 2 days.
