  Dear Mr. Strickland, Thank you for your feedback. We genuinely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. As a roofing company partnered with Contractor Connection, we aim to provide excellent service. However, we specialize in specific types of work and lightening claims are not one of our services. We did visit your property to assess the situation, but since the roof was already tarped by another contractor, we were unable to provide any necessary services. When we had to decline the customer lead, it was due to our service limitations, and to avoid unnecessary charges to us from Contractor Connection, not a reflection of your interest or communication efforts. Our decision to select ‘customer declined services’ in the Contractor Connection portal was based on our limited options to choose from in this particular case and to avoid accepting this customer lead and being charged for it. We apologize for not being able to accept you as a customer and appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you have any further concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out.   Contacted them several times, but they did not extend the courtesy of a return/follow-up call. Quality Customer Service is important to vets, retirees, and senior citizens. In Texas, a person's word is their bond. How good is a bond if the foundation is built on indifference!?!

  2025 after the April hail storm , we had Marant Roofing to replace our roof, they did an excellent job and attended to any details of my roofing needs, which included dealing with my solar panels. I have used them in the past for my rental and again on my home and they are reliable and professional to work with

  This is the third time we have relied on Marant Roofing and Construction to remove old roof and replace it with a new roof. The project was first class from start to finish, from setting down and going over the type of roof we need, to signing the contract for the job, then coming out and doing the job in one day, and finally cleaning up and leaving the area around the house spotless.

  September 23, 2025 GREAT HONEST COMPANY 😀🇺🇸 Marant’s salesman VERN is very polite, helpful, customer-oriented. He came immediately to inspect the work needed by me. Several other places in WF were booked up with work and not interested. EVEN THOUGH, Marant was booked up with work, they got my Simple Job DONE quickly.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All I needed was 2 new Downspouts and the V-shaped Gable FASCIA repaired.   We had a really big storm come through and wreaked havoc on our roof. We called David immediately and his crew handled the job quickly and wonderfully. They were very professional and got the repairs completed in less than an hour from arrival. I could not be happier with the work and the amazing people.
