  My experience with this company was extremely unprofessional. I requested an estimate for a time-sensitive remodeling project and was told I would receive an itemized quote after the visit. During the appointment, the owner made comments that I found inappropriate and disrespectful, including political assumptions that had no place in a business interaction. Afterward, I sent all requested information exactly as instructed and received no acknowledgment and no estimate. In the end, my time was wasted, my process was delayed, and the company did not do what it said it would do.

  Roof started leaking after only about a year. Had to get a better company to come out and fix this contractors (which is all they are, they don't have their own employed crews) poor work. Would not recommend

  A budget was requested several times throughout the bidding process. The budget was not given until the bid had already been submitted. Customer changed the parameters of the scope of work several times throughout the process and asked for the labor to begin before there was a contract signed or an agreement was made. We could never come to an actual agreement so we withdrew from the project.

  Cole was a phenomenal contractor to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and completed in a timely manner. He is honest and dependable and very fair with prices. His knowledge goes far beyond fences and roofs. I highly recommend him and will definitely hire him again in the future!

  We had many things that needed to be done and all in all we were pleased with the final results. The roof job was good and fast with no problems; the new fence that was put up was great and were pleased with the arrangement with the fence company and their employees; the patio cover was a challenge but after a few adjustments here and there it has turned out satisfactory (hopefully no more leaks); power washing and painting the deck took a while to get it finished but was acceptable and looked good; and the gutters that were finally put on needed follow-up with the installers and some post-installation changes were made and have been acceptable. The owner of the company was up front with us throughout all the tasks and he was helpful to get us settled with the insurance company after all the work was completed. We would certainly use 940 Roofing and Construction again in the future if needed.

  Roofing done professionally, gutter has drained well, no overflows. Painting prep was lacking. Should have gotten larger CFM attic vent fans. Good job performance as a whole. Price was competitive. Pleased with 940 Construction.
