Marchant Roofing was hired to removed some trees @ a property my daughter and I are renting. No where on their website they are tree removers. My ex-husband and family have a tree service and when they damage property of their clients they are responsible for replacement or repairs. The boss told my daughter they were not responsible for the damage done to a car. They are bonded and license and if it was anyone else they would correct this mistake, but the boss contacts the property owner and pushed it under the rug. I work hard and so does my daughter, and we take care of where we live. I will make my concerns to the property owner and to the BBB because they are a reputable company. And with all do respect if I can say that, because all the money they make doesn't call for unprofessionalism no matter what color you are or income bracket your in. Then checking the property thr backyard was filled with broken limbs and areas wasn't cleaned up

Don’t ever rent a house from Doug, he will scam you out of your deposit when you move out. I showed him proof of the conditions when I moved in and when I moved out and he told me he will not return my deposit. The house was 10 times …

This company is very rude and disrespectful when they came to do a 'tree service' job although they came to do only roofing. The workers even texted my personal number (which don't understand how they got my number) and claimed I made false assumptions. They were hired to do a job through my landlord, but won't take accountability for their workers and for the actions that were caused.

Called to get an estimate and they said sure send your stuff over and we will call you back. 4 days later radio silence. Bad business in my opinion

We had such a great experience with Marchand Roofing & Construction, and I can’t recommend them enough! Jerry was our main point of contact throughout our renovation, and he truly made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable from beginning to end. We renovated our flooring, half bath, and kitchen, and Jerry walked me through every step of the process. He helped connect us with the right contractors for each phase, coordinated everything, stayed on top of the work, and made sure each part of the project was completed properly. Having one person I could trust to help guide the entire renovation made an enormous difference. Beyond being knowledgeable and dependable, Jerry was simply a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, helpful, patient with all of my questions, and genuinely seemed to care that we were happy with the finished result. Renovating several areas of our home at once could have been a huge headache, but Jerry and the team at Marchand Roofing & Construction made the entire experience so much easier. We’re incredibly happy with how everything turned out and very grateful for all of their help. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy team to handle a home renovation!

These guys are AMAZING! Doug takes the time to make sure you understand every detail before you get started, and ensures you know exactly what you need and what you are going to get. Jerry makes it happen, he coordinated the sub-contractors, follows up to make sure things are getting done in a timely manner, and comes out periodically to put eyes on the crews and progress. Marchand Roofing is the one stop shop for your house needs. They are very knowledgeable, curtious, kind, amazing group of people.

This is the best company to use if you and any storm damage. They are very professional and do what they say they will due for the price quoted. Very honest. All contractors and employees were polite and courteous. Would use again and would recommend to anyone needing work done

Showed up when they said they would. Friendly workers and truly skilled in their craft. Hard working. When the work was done we had a new roof and everything was clean, you couldn't even tell they were there. Very appreciative and definitely recommend.

Best Roofer and anything else you need fixed for your home. We had our greenhouse, gutters, roof, and more done. Doug walked us through every step and made sure it was a seamless experience with no stress. They don't overcharge and are great people to work with. Oh and totally honest, which is a rarity these days. Anyhow, I can't say enough good things! All of our neighbors have complimented on our new roof. And I feel so much better knowing I have a class IV impact-resistant roof now!

We are very thankful for them! During the really bad hail and wind this week, it lifted the skylight in the kitchen just enough to allow some rain to sneak in under it. They came out and corrected the resealing as a warranty issue. It took less than 15 minutes, start to stop. As a handicapped person, I was unable to do the repair myself. Professional service for sure!

Marchand has a fantastic crew of contractors. I needed a roof replacement, at the same time I had him to rebuild my patio cover. His crew went to work and in a couple of days had my patio cover built and roof installed, very quickly and efficiently. Fantastic work, cleaned the work area thoroughly each day before leaving the job site. I highly recommend Marchand.
