Absolute horrible service, not worth your time or money

Nickie we have no records of ever doing work for you. No one has heard your name, and you are not in our crm at all.

They assisted with submitting claim with my insurance, (gave an extra star for the assistance) but I guess they were unhappy with what insurance agreed to pay. When I asked to get a quote to get roof replaced, they never responded back after asking multiple times. (even though I was going to pay out of pocket)

I do not have any files or records of a Tee Bee needing help, and considering you have one review. I’m gonna assume this is a fake account. Thank you

Kelly was attentive and showed up the very next morning after scheduling the appointment. I had to get my roof done by a certain time and he went above and beyond to have it completed in time. It is beautiful and made my house look so much better.

Lexx was great. He came to inspect my roof after a couple storms. Was very up front and helpful. Ultimately, he decided my roof was good. I appreciate his honesty and he will be my first contact if I ever do need work done. I recommend Lexx LaRue be your first call as well!
