  They installed my gutter with an incorrect pitch. When I finally noticed and called them, they wanted another $250 to fix it.

  Dawn is always rude and impatient anytime I have stopped in or called. Will never recommend or do business with Arrowhead because of her.

  We worked for Rance Arrowhead roofing and they were going to do a roof for a realtors customer in burkburnet and arrowhead had us bid on the exterior and interior of this home for them. They were told after a while that they were not going to do the roof because another company was going to do ot instead so basically we were still scheduled to do the painting. But since the roof wasn't getting done so arrow head took the painting job away from us because they weren't happy that they lost the roofing part of the job. We tried to recover the painting job and just for that arrowhead fired uneven after we had purchased all the paint and materials..

  They were not professional on many levels ! They broke my new skylight and said they didn't do that ! I will not recommend them not will I ever have them back to do anything else

  Had to have them out 3 times to fix shingles blowing up, just did few shingles at a time until finally on trip number 3, glued them all down. Stressful having to call them back so often, should have glued all down to begin with, and so unfortunately, i do not recommend using them after my experience, still blowing up after 3 times

  Don't even deserve 1 star. Terrible customer service. Took advantage of my partially handicapped mother. They did fix her roof, but took her satellite dish off and didn't bolt it back on properly, they used some kind of sealant to fill in the gaps, My mom had to pay dish network to come out and fix it. Also sent her bill to the wrong address, then threatened to put a lien against my mother's home if she didn't pay. When she called them, they admitted sending the bill to the wrong address and my mom told them she was still waiting on her siding to be replaced. They argued that it had been fixed, when it hadn't been. They finally came and fixed the siding, but with white and my mom's home it beige. The white siding stands out. Said they could not do anything about the color. Horrible customer service. Beware of using them. My mom will be sending the pictures to her insurance company, and possibly BBB.

  Took 2 1/2 months but excellent sales rep, professional installation, quality check by other staff member and very good pricing. Will deal with Arrowhead again. We did both grade 3 roof and gutters.

  I can't say enough good things about this company! If you don't use them you will be missing one of the best customer service experiences you have ever had. Dawn was exceptional. And all of the work was done professionally. If we should ever need another roof, I will not hesitate to call them again!

  We had some bad weather here recently, and the siding on the back of the house got a bit mangled, so I called a number of companies and individuals to see if they could repair the damage. ONLY ONE CAME THROUGH FOR ME, and that ONE is Arrowhead roofing and siding. The price was reasonable, and it got done in about an hour, see the pictures I append to this missive, and you will see Quality Work!

  I would recommend Arrowhead to family and friends. They did a wonderful job on our roof and gutters. Dawn was absolutely amazing. She delivered great customer service and care, walking us through the entire process from start to finish.
