They came out and took a look at the work we needed done. Said they would get back to us in a couple of days and now they will not respond to various emails and voice-mail sent. They don't even answer their main phone line. Very disappointed. Ignoring customers not cool.

Thanks for your feedback—and I’m truly sorry we left you feeling disappointed. This happened during a tough transitional period for us, right in the midst of the COVID shutdowns, and we were short-staffed and overwhelmed. That’s not an excuse, just some context. We take communication seriously and regret that we fell short in your case. If there’s any way we can make it right or reconnect, we’d love the chance. Thank you again for your honesty. it helps us do better.

We had an outstanding experience with Maple Ridge Roofing !! They were very competitive and we felt their customer service was excellent, the entire team felt approachable, professional, and easy to deal with. The quote was explained and had recommendations not upsell. They then kept us informed throughout the process and delivered exactly what they promised. It’s hard to find companies that still take this much pride in both their work and their customers. I highly recommend Maple Ridge Roofing.

Tried these guys on a recommendation. They were reasonably priced, showed up and did the job they said they were gonna do. We're friendly and efficient, and left my sight spotless. Only been a few rainfalls since the install. But so far so good

Dale called back promptly when he missed a call from me, turned up as planned and repaired the leaking roof on the spot, for a very fair price. Recommended.

Called Dale and asked him to look at a couple of leaks in the gutters. He showed up at specified date and did the work right away. As a bonus, they also sealed up some nail pops and vent stacks. Courteous and efficient.

We discovered a leak in our roof Saturday and called Dale. He came over within a couple hours. He found the problem vent and resealed it. He then checked all the vents and resealed them also changed a gasket for our bathroom fan vent. He checked for nail pops and fixed those. A very thorough tune up. Thanks for the fast and great service Dale!
