I received a phone call from Manny on a Wednesday asking to provide me an estimate for replacing my roof. Date and time were set for the next Saturday at 2pm; I allowed him to pick the date and time. An entire afternoon was spent waiting for this person to arrive. Time wasted! He never showed up. He did not call. Nothing! I certainly wouldn't trust someone to show up on a job, who can't even bother to show up for a meeting that he set himself!

I was promised a quote after Leo came out here and looked at the barn roofing project, and after I called him twice and he promised a quote later each day, he didn't call back, no quote, nothing. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I haven’t had any roofing work done by them, but one of the guys in his work truck was super friendly. When he drove away, my 3 year old daughter was sad that the friendly guy in that yellow truck was off to work. Kids are very good judge of character and with that interaction alone, I would definitely hire them for a future project I’d need done. Thank you for taking time out of your day to make my daughter smile!

The boss manny and his staff were both kind, helpful and good at what they do. They even didn't charge me. I would absolutely recommend them, you won't find a better roofing/construction company with this kind of service.

I had Mannys eastern Iowa roofing and construction put a new flat roof on and do some gutter work and gutter guards. His crew did a fantastic job and were very courteous and did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. If you’re looking for a great contractor give Manny a call you won’t regret it, thanks Manny!

Had Manny's do work at our home. Very courteous and professional workers. Had new floor in kitchen and bathroom, walk-in shower, new cupboards, countertop, and doors put in. I am very happy with the work done in a timely manner. Thanks, Mannys. I would recommend them to anyone.

Manny’s was contracted to complete our fascia, gutters and soffits. They were very professional. They started the job when they said they would and finished within the timeframe they gave us. Also, they provided good communication about what to expect. Definitely recommended!!

Great experience working with Leo and Manny for new roof, siding and gutters. Very satisfied with the quality of products and all installations. Highly recommend! Update....April 2023. Hail busted a piece of siding and 1 call to Leo if could get replaced. He was very quick to comply. Now that's great service even after the job completed months ago.
