  This guy is the a soulless pathological liar. Two days from the project completion, he broke the contract by refusing to pay the weekly draw. Every time he looks at his remodeled kitchen, it will reminds him of what Mann Roofing designed and accomplished till he moves out of this house.

  **UPDATE** I had to spend over $15,000 fixing suren's mistakes. Avoid this company at all costs!! Some companies take pride in their work and try to do a good job. Others disregard quality and safety just to save a buck. Unfortunately mann roofing & construction falls into the latter category. Regrettably, I hired this company to remodel my kitchen and replace a gas fireplace. After confronting suren about the unsafe electrical wiring and insulation he 'accidentally' removed from my fireplace before installing, he promptly walked off the job, leaving 'hot' wires hanging everywhere putting my family's safety at risk. And, when he walked off the job, he walked off with some of my tools which i had sitting in my garage...which i subsequently had to file a police report. And, the fact that this guy claims to be an engineer is a complete joke and a slap in the face to all engineers. Additionally, I had to pay to have the electrical work completely re-done and the fireplace taken out and insulation pieces correctly put back into the unit...along with the rest of the installation work which he failed to complete before he walked off the job. Some of the issues: -Electrical needed completely re-worked because it was deemed unsafe by multiple certified electricians -Fireplace needed re-installed because insulation incorrectly removed during initial installation -Fireplace vent installed too close to soffit and will need completely re-worked -Many cabinets scratched during installation -Many cabinet handles installed unevenly -Fireplace mantel installed with a slant -Major scratch on new quartz countertop which he refused to fix Please reference the attached pictures...as pictures are worth 1,000 words. Columbus, save yourself a major headache and having to do tons of re-work and look elsewhere for a contractor who will take pride in their work. This guy and his company are a complete joke.

  Suren and his team did an awesome job on our porch. Our post was completely rotted through and supposed to support our house. He gave us 3 options of how to fix with his recommendations and when we chose - his team did awesome. Instead of hollow posts, they replaced with solid treated 2x4’s and matched paint perfectly. He leveled out our roof so we don’t have Niagara Falls on the wrong side of the down spout and we are incredibly satisfied with the work. Thank you Suren!!

  Suren did a great job resurfacing my deck. We didn’t need a brand new entire deck, just some new planks and tops of arm rails. For a very fair price, they were able to complete the project in a day and a half and I was placed on the schedule within 2 days of reaching out to him. Excited to paint and stain later!

  Mann Roofing did an excellent job remodeling our kitchen and bathroom! The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish.
