  I Set up an appt for a siding estimate. Salesman (Drew) cancelled due to family issues. No problem!!’ Appt scheduled for next day via phone with a confirming email. No show. No call. Called in and got an answering service that took a message with no return call. This is so very rude when people take off work and rearrange their schedules. I too have a business performing house calls and would never at least call the client. Community word of mouth is so important. Not off to a great start. No thank you!!! Off to the next company.

  I highly recommend Drew and the team at Best Exteriors! They did a great job on my roofing project, including helping coordinate and work through the addition of skylights to my roof being replaced by them. The crew was efficient, professional, and completed the work in a single day! Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and they were extremely helpful throughout the insurance process as well. Great communication and quality work from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Best Exteriors!

  They did a great job installing my new roof. My contact, Drew is great to do business with and it appears that they had great quality of work. Attached are the photos he sent over. It’s worth noting they also looked to do a great job on other areas such as the drip edge, updating the seal on the plumbing pipe, and sealing chimney (not pictured, they had yet to do the chimney when it was taken but it looks great.) They are very direct in letting you know that they will get to your job as soon as possible. Once Drew committed to the date he stuck to it and they were working on it that day at around 6:30am. Great company that you should look to for your roofing needs.

  I had gotten a few roof quotes previously and they were just numbers without any explanation or advice about what exactly needed to be done. I knew my roof was in bad shape. Drew, on the other hand, took a good look at the roof and then asked me a few questions about how our house was "breathing" and if it gets hot upstairs. (Very much so!) Also, he pointed out a spot where he anticipated we'd find a leak. (We did). Finally, he recommended we get new decking (no one else had mentioned this), and he showed me why it would be important, based on what he was observing upon inspection. All of this careful examination and explanation gave me confidence his team would do a great job. And they did! The roof looks amazing. During the roof installation, they also found an issue with way the previous roofer had installed the venting, and they fixed that during the install. They took pictures up there from start to finish, so that we could see all the work upon completion. While I trusted it would all be done after my interactions with Drew, it's nice to have the all the photos showing the work. Drew's communication before, during and after the installation has been exceptional, and quality of work is excellent. Highly recommend!

  Drew and his team are honest, fair, and responsive. He gave us an accurate assessment of our roof, quickly ordered the replacement parts for our damaged gutter in the right color, and professionally installed when the parts came in. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

  It’s a dream to come home everyday to my beautiful new roof. It was installed really well & the team gave me 3 different roofing tiers at different value levels. My home takes the brunt of strong winds, but I feel really reassured with my new roof from this amazing company!

  Called Best Roofing after a wind storm blowing down a tree hitting my house. Drew came promptly performing a thorough inspection. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He even flied a drone over the roof to make sure nothing was missed. Amazing!
