  Imperial damaged my house while roofing in the rain and fought me hard on paying to repair the damage. They seem like pleasant people, but if the job doesn't go as planned don't trust them to help

  This company was going around the neighborhood inspecting roofs and came to my house. Josh Miller, the contractor, inspected my roof and gutters and said they were damaged and needed replaced. Insurance company came out twice and said I needed new gutters, but not a whole new roof. Some patch work on the backside of the roof was all. Once he knew he wasn’t going to get a new roof out of me or my insurance, they left me high and dry! No returned phone call or messages. Now I’m stuck with getting this work done and I honestly should’ve never answered the door. Just beware people. My insurance company called them “door knocker’s” and to never buy into the scam. The did my neighbor the same way!

  Zane and the team at Imperial Roofing did a great job from start to finish. They were professional at every point in the process, communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, and took pride in their work. Their pricing was also very fair compared with the other quotes I received. My neighbor recommended them after using Imperial Roofing for several roof jobs, and I completely understand why. I’ve already passed their name along to a friend in Clintonville who needs a new roof. I’d definitely recommend Zane and Imperial Roofing to anyone looking for honest, reliable, quality roofing work

  Imperial Roofing did a fantastic job replacing our roof back in May! We had storm damage and filed a claim with our insurance, and after speaking with several roofing companies, we ultimately chose Imperial because of their personal service and pricing options. Zane was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, including working with us to reschedule the installation due to weather. He was very accommodating and made a point to meet with us when it was convenient for our schedule. During the roof replacement, he kept us updated and managed everything from start to finish. His team was quick, thorough, professional, and kind. What really stood out to us was that the service didn’t stop once the job was finished. After the storms we just had last night, we reached out to Zane today because we had some tree branches come down near the house. He immediately offered to come by the next day to take a look and make sure everything was still in good shape. That level of follow-up is extremely helpful and appreciated, and it really makes you feel like a valued customer rather than just another job. We would absolutely recommend Imperial Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing company. Great work, great communication, and outstanding customer service!

  Great experience with this company. Zane was a pleasure to work with and ensured I got the right solution for my roof. Roofers were very respectful of the property - I didn't find a single piece of roofing material in my lawn after the job was completed.

  I cannot imagine having anyone else, but Zane and his team replace my roof. When we lost shingles after a March storm, I called Zane and he evaluated our roof and agreed it was time to call our insurance company. He guided me through the call and the upcoming process. On the day of delivery, the team showed up on time and swiftly removed the old roof, applied new boards to bring it up to code and quickly put on the new roof. The cleanup was meticulous and thorough. They did an outstanding job! After the job was completed, Zane professionally and patiently helped me work through multiple insurance obstacles and assured me it would all work out and it did! Thank you to Mary for her diligence in that process as well. I cannot recommend Zane and Imperial Roofing & Contractors more highly! I would never hesitate to have them do any work on my home! They are the best!

  I’ve head a great experience working with Zane from Imperial Roofing. I’ve had other roofing companies be dishonest just to try and get my business. Imperial has proven to be trustworthy on multiple occasions now. Highly recommend.

  The Contractor we worked with Chris Hodge and he was awesome. Very knowlegable. Very accommodating. He was referred to us by my parents and I'd recommend him to everybody else.

  Karl and Sean were a pleasure to deal with. My roof has very intricate pitches and slopes at steep awkward angles, and they got the job done. Cleaned up afterwards, looks great. Also no high pressure sales pitches like the other company going through the neighborhood trying to convince me there was “probably” more damage up there than what was seen from the ground. Imperial feels like real people who actually stand on their work, rather than a door to door sales robot using scare tactics.
