I made an appointment and received an email confirmation about when a specialist would arrive. Nobody showed up or called during my timeframe.

  Reply from the business

We are sincerely sorry we missed your appointment. Our calendar went dark for several hours and we had to reconstruct it from our database. We tried to reach out and reschedule. We realize our customers’ time is valuable and regret the inconvenience.

These guys are incredible! Shea came out, checked out our Roof and gave us an honest assessment and didn't just tell us our whole roof needed replaced like another company did. Honest contractor doing honest work. I need some flashing and caulking done around a dormer. When I do need my whole roof replaced I will be using Mighty Dog Roofing

We try and do everything we can to be customer facing, i.e. treat the customer like their home matters just as much to us as it does to them.
