Brittany, we are sorry to disappoint you. Customer satisfaction from first phone call to final walk is our top priority. Being that we are a family run business, sometimes situations arise that take us out of the office and result in less than prompt communication. We have been dealing with a family emergency these past few days. If you have a family, I'm sure you understand...

As a contractor, choosing the right roofing company is extremely important. Although Mancillo Roofing performs the roofing work, I’m ultimately responsible to my clients if anything goes wrong. Having a roofing partner whose workmanship I can trust without constantly looking over their shoulder is invaluable, and that is exactly what I have found with Gustavo and his team. Before finding Mancillo Roofing, I worked with a few other companies. Some did decent work, but communication could be difficult—especially when the company was subcontracting everything and questions had to pass through multiple people before getting answered. Since I started working with Mancillo Roofing, I really haven’t had a reason to use anyone else. Their pricing is fair and competitive, although they are not necessarily the cheapest—and I consider that a positive. I’m not looking for the lowest number. I want a company that understands what it takes to operate a professional business, compensate its people properly, show up prepared, and consistently deliver quality work. Most of the work they perform for me is standing-seam metal roofing, and Gustavo’s metalwork is top-notch. Standing seam requires a much higher level of skill and attention to detail than many people realize. Gustavo understands the proper flashing techniques, fastening methods, cuts, trim details, ridge caps, and transitions needed to produce a roof that performs correctly and looks beautiful. They use proper riveted connections where other installers might simply use exposed screws with rubber washers, and the difference in appearance and overall craftsmanship is noticeable. They have also completed shingle roofing for me, and that work has always been excellent as well. I learned just how valuable their quality was when I used another roofing company for a standing-seam roof on one project. Unfortunately, the installation was done so poorly that the entire roof had to be removed and replaced. I had to tuck my tail
