We live in Georgetown and we were hit will hail in April. We have a "No Soliciting" sign on our door. The main dude just POUNDED on my door, AGAIN, today, after I have already told him a half dozen times to leave us alone. (And this time, he had someone with him). The most unethical sales person I have met in my entire life. And I am in sales. I don't know why on earth anyone would want to do business with someone who is so PUSHY, disrespectful, and unwilling to honor our requests to leave us alone. This is the sentiment of a lot of folks in our neighborhood. Next time he shows up, I will call the police and file a report. FWIW...

Hi Bryon — please contact me directly at (254)293-0061 so we can address this. We sincerely apologize for this experience. Your feedback matters, and we take it seriously. We train our team to respect all signage and homeowner preferences, and clearly we missed the mark here. That’s not the level of professionalism we expect from anyone representing our name. We’re looking into who was responsible so we can follow up directly and ensure accountability. In the meantime, we’ve flagged your address to prevent any further visits. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you're open to it, we’d appreciate the chance to make things right.

Thanks to Josh Dunn from Mammoth Roofing for helping us get our roof and gutters replaced. Josh worked closely with our insurance appraiser to make sure they were covering all damages incurred from a storm. Josh kept us informed and made sure we understood the process. Plus he took the time to come by and see that the work was complete and to answer our questions. Thanks again to Josh and Mammoth Roofing for a job well done! Plus thank you Josh for your service to our country!
