Waited for a week and a half with no quote after they came out. Phone calls and text went un answered. If you need a quick response or communication I would go somewhere else.

Mama's Metal Roofing is the best around. I appreciate the commitment to quality and customer service. I also love that this is a locally owned company and I don't have to worry about them still being around if I ever have an issue. Had a tree come through the roof of my shed just before a storm. Called and they had someone out there within a couple hours to temporarily take care of my roof before the rain then came back and completed the work. Very professional and they always stand by their work. Love using local businesses that give back to their community.

Momma’s Metal Roofing has handled many roof repairs for our property management company, and they’ve been nothing short of excellent. Their team is always quick to respond, happy to answer any questions, and their pricing is very fair. Highly recommend!

Tate, thank you for the great review and for trusting Mama’s Metal Roofing with so many repairs for your property management company. We’re glad our team has been quick to respond, happy to answer questions, and kept things fair on pricing. Your recommendation means a lot to us and to the community we serve.

How long does a metal roof actually last? In our Tennessee climate, a quality metal roof runs 40 to 70 years. Standing seam installed right can push past 70. Asphalt shingles? Our summers cook them down to about 15 to 22 years before they curl and start dropping granules in the gutter. So over the life of one metal roof, you'd buy shingles three or four times. The catch is the install. A great panel put on by the wrong crew fails early, which is why we don't cut corners on flashing or fasteners. Want to know what your home would take?
