  I signed a contract with Mainland Roofing Company on 04/12/18 with Joseph Vasques which represented the company. I was told that the tile for the roof would take one month to arrive due to the tiles not being available and in back order due to the demand. After several delays and false commitments they started replacing the roof on 6/27/18. While they were removing the old roof the interior of my roof caved in. During the process of replacement of the roof on Sept 2018, Joseph left Mainland roofing. Many calls and text messages went unanswered and after three weeks of placing calls I called the main office. At that point Angie in the office told me that Joseph was no longer with the company. Mainland did not bother to call me and let me know that Joseph had left the company. The original tiles all came with stains on them. At this point, I refused the first batch of tiles and the tiles had to come off the roof and a new batch was sent. Joseph told me that it was a chemical that was not used correctly and that after six months of rain and sun the stain would come off. I did not accept that answer and asked for the tiles to be replaced. The second batch was sent and those did not align properly with the other tiles leaving an almost 2 inch gap with the other tiles. At this point I started to have conversations with Jose the owner of the company. He committed to replacing the tile with another tile made in Brazil. These tiles arrived in my house and then started another group of problems. They committed day after day to come an install the tiles. Weeks have gone by and the tile team has not come to place the tiles. I would call Jose every day and he would send me an automatic text telling me that he was busy and that he would return my call. The calls to this date have not been returned. I was frustrated and called the office and spoke to Anngie on 10/19 and told her how I felt and she told me that she would have Jose call me back. To this date 10/29 Jose has called me

  Their employees are unprofessional, rude, and unpleasant. What a lack of customer service and professionalism! They don't do the work the way you tell them to, but rather however they feel like it.

  I am very happy with Mainland Construction Roofing. They do an outstanding job. They are professional and friendly. I highly recommend them. If you want a job to be done right and have peace of mind, they are the company to use. They are reliable and don’t cut corners. They take pride in their work.

  Mainland Roofing are exceptional! They are honest, reliable and very transparent. They're prices are hard to beat! Any minor inconveniences we experienced was handled promptly, with the utmost urgency! I would highly recommend Mainland Roofing to anyone in Broward country!

  Mainland Roofing is a very professional company. I have 15 years of experience working with them. The company I work for has several buildings, and we all use them because of their good work and guarantee. I took them to my house, and they did a new roof three years ago with a tremendous price and quality. I'm always satisfied.

  Quatraine Condominiums has a long relationship with Mainland Roofing. They have completed lage projects like replacing all 32 roofs to small projects like repairing leaks, fascia etc. Mainland Roofing provides great customer service and quality work.   I had my roof replaced after Hurricane Ian, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, the team was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire insurance process. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and the quality of the new roof looks fantastic roof was done in 2022 and the quality speaks for itself.
