We initially chose this roofing company because they seemed genuine and trustworthy, even though they weren’t the cheapest option. The Project Manager was nice and they had several glowing reviews on Google. We believed paying more would mean better service and accountability. Unfortunately, we were very wrong. We paid $25,000+ out of pocket for a roof replacement. During the project, their crew caused a leak in our home, which led to water damage in our children's bathroom. When we reported the issue, they told us they were “not responsible for any damage below the roof” which was a completely unfair and unacceptable response considering the damage was caused by their work. To make matters worse: 1. They said they’d try to contact a painter to help — but we’ve heard nothing since. 2. Their crew left a large amount of nails scattered around our property, which resulted in multiple flat tires. 3.They disappeared for an excessively long lunch, leaving the site unattended for hours. We’re now left with additional repair costs, frustration, and no resolution. This company lacked professionalism, accountability, and follow-through, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. We deeply regret choosing them and would never recommend their services to anyone.

Ms. Todd, We would like to thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. During the reroof of your home, we did hit a water line that was run too close to the underside of the home's decking. As soon as we discovered this leak occuring, we notified all home owners that were on site and had the water turned off. We also discussed on site this day how this accident occurred and we had reviewed the signed clause on our proposal that states, "Alpha Roofing LLC is not responsible for any damages created beneath decking as we are not able to inspect all structures of the home. Initial______" and this clause is initialed by the homeowner. We have this clause in place and thoroughly go over it because we see so many homes not built up to city code requirements. When we completed this job in 1 day, we left the site without hearing of any further issues or complaints so we were surprised to see this 1 star review. We also returned to the jobsite days later to go back over any questions and we were given full payment. As for a long lunch, we apologize we didn't better educate on what our crew does during the heat of the day. Our crews start early, around 6:30 to 7:30am, and work until the heat of the day around 11-2pm often. This is to ensure the crew gets decent bathroom breaks, lunch breaks and a break from heat exhaustion symptoms. It is not an excessive lunch break for the crews but a mandatory break. We have reached back out to address these concerns with you. We are very willing to pay for any tires affected by nails in your yard but had no information until now. We are currently waiting on those receipts and look very much forward to resolving your frustrations. Alpha Roofing LLC

I called them, they sent a service technician over swiftly. They sent Colton to do an estimate. When I called & texted Colton back to get the estimate Colton never responded nor did Alpha Roofing had any information. Calling them was a waste of time.

We had a mysterious leak in our master bath. As we are not from Bossier and were worried about finding a contractor that was honest and competent. We asked for references from someone we knew and found Alpha Roofing. Brock (rep/owner?) diagnosed what was wrong with our roof immediately and he and his team repaired it in a timely manner. No fuss, no haggling, no shadiness. Just competence, integrity, and friendliness. We highly recommend.

The professional staff at Alpha roofing found our roof leak in 10 minutes. The roofing company that installed this roof stated there was no problem with the work they performed. Not one leak to report after our recent heavy rains. Oh, by …

I reached out about a year ago and got an estimate on how much it would cost. I reached out months later to see if they could still do it and they could. They did not have to come back out to resmeasure or look at more damages *if any were done*. It took a few more months for me to get the full amount that would be due and when I reached back out, I signed the paper work the next day, and they were ready to start about 3 days later. Only took them about 6 hrs give or take. Very fast, kind, and cleaned up well behind themselves. Definitely would recommend!

They did a great job repairing a satellite dish leak. Rep was knowledgeable and had good insight on how to repair. Repaired the roof quickly. Would recommend Alpha.
