  Define recommend this roofing company if you don’t like your neighbors. Rolled onto Fernwood Drive at 5:45 this morning and began removing shingles at 6am. Noise ordinance be damned, they’ll get it done no matter how inconvenient fur your neighbors!

  Laura, I’m really sorry we started so early and disturbed the neighborhood. With the Labor Day holiday, we were trying to get everyone’s roofs finished on schedule, but we should have been more considerate about the noise. We’ll make sure to handle this better in the future and we thank you for pointing it out!

  Used Maen roofing for labor less than a year ago and he will unfortunately not stand behind his work. He is stating that because he used subs he is not responsible for the workmanship. Even though he and I had an agreement. I will fix the issue obviously but am very disappointed. We sent him quite a bit of work. Cannot wait to see what else comes down the pipe. Was under the impression he was using his own crews. If you notice that there are overlapping shingles, nails not hammered down and some other flashing issues. I understand it was a subcontracted job but I do not understand how you can offer services and not stand behind your work. Did you even inspect the work or only collect a check? We inspected the job but did not notice these issues as we believed things would be completed to our satisfaction. Your response is a very nice cop out of we are not responsible for our labor. We paid you and you did the work. But you are not responsible. Also, thank you for threatening me this morning with court if I would not remove my honest review. The reason we stopped using him is because a neighbor of one of our homeowners told us he was offering services right next to our job. Everyone knows that is bad business. I wish you luck Martin but bad business will always come around.

While it has been about a year since we have engaged in subcontract work, we understand your frustration and it is unfortunate that our previous arrangement didn't meet your expectation. Maen Roofing did use a sub for the project you sent us. Since it was subcontract work, and not for Maen Roofing, we did not offer any labor warranty. This is the responsibility of your company as the contractor. We regret any misunderstanding regarding our subcontractor agreements for any of the handful of projects you sent our way. Please also note that we have never offered our own services, as Maen Roofing, to surrounding homes of the ones we were hired to subcontract. We always operate ethically and respectfully within the industry to maintain positive relationships with all parties involved. Best wishes!

  Unfortunately, we trusted this company to take on a roofing job and thought they they would stand by their work. We understand that issues may arise but expect a prompt response when they do arise. We will not be contracting this company for their services any longer and unlike this company, we will address the issue our client has come across and maintain the integrity of our name.

  We had a great experience with Maen Roofing. From the salesman, Miguel, to the crews who worked tirelessly to get the job done right, we were pleased with the whole process. Timberline HDZ in Charcoal was our choice and the job turned out beautifully.

  Main roofing was able to identify the leak around the chimney area & did an excellent job of repairing. Martin took his time looking around the attic, taking pictures & explaining what was happening. Very satisfied with his work & price.

  We contacted Maen after discovering an unknown leak behind our shower tile had caused significant damage. We decided to get 3 estimates based upon recommendations. One of them was Maen! They did a complete remodel of my daughter’s largest bathroom and it’s gorgeous. She sung their praises the entire project. We decided to use Maen because my daughter’s own experience and because their pricing was extremely fair. Their point of contact DIEGO worked with us the whole way through. He never tried to oversell their work and we felt confident their scope of work would address all of our needs! Not only did Diego quote the necessary repairs needed, but he provided options should we desire to further the improvements. Diego remained in contact with us, always returning our call or bringing matters to our attention. But Diego took his job a step further and became more of a project manager! He was on site daily, often multiple times, overseeing their workers and running errands to keep them on the job. They took on the daunting task of tearing out a ‘70s walk in tile shower, raised the shower height into a huge existing void, removed the 6” tile step over and transformed it into a safe non-slip walk in shower! After upgrading all other finishes and vanity lighting, our bathroom now looks and feels modern and sleek! Diego, Martin and their entire crew were extremely friendly, trustworthy, reliable and respectful! Oh, and they don’t disappear when the job is complete! They 100% guarantee and stand behind their workmanship! So if you are ever in need of repair, renovation or simply upgrading your home —- look no further than Maen. You won’t be disappointed!

  They delivered work promptly and as promised. Very reasonable price for a new roof and inside ceiling repairs. Miguel was very helpful and quickly responded to my messages. They were gracious in accomodating my pickiness. I was impressed that the owner Martin actually came over to see how things were going and if there's anything he can do. Now that's customer sevice! I was very satisfied and would definitely hire them again for other services that they provide.

  We would highly recommend Maen Roofing. Martin was terrific with explaining the entire process of replacing the roof and adding gutter guards to our home in Oak Ridge. Martin insisted the job wasn't done until we were completely satisfied, and his team were professional, efficient, and thorough.

  Had ceiling/sheeteock damage from ice damming after the snow/ice, as well as a few missing shingles. Diego coordinated with insurance company to submit estimate for claim, took pictures and then scheduled the repairs once the claim was approved. The workers (love painter named Jose') showed up everyday as scheduled and did an awesome job that included roof repair, sheetrock work/painting and insulation removal/replacement in the attic. They did an awesome job of covering all furniture, carpet and steps and moved furniture in the impacted rooms. Will definitely use & recommend them again!

  We had an excellent experience with Maen Roofing. They replaced the roof of our home in March 2026. It is a steep roof and not an easy job. They had a big crew of people who worked tirelessly for two days straight from early morning through evening until the job was finished. When I had questions, I found the owner and his son to be friendly, helpful and responsive. The new roof looks great. Recommend!
