  My wife & I have used Luecke's in the past and was happy with the service and work that was done. However, with the new owner/management - specifically Breay - we will not be using Luecke's in the future. Breay needs to learn customer service skills - she's rude, defensive and has lost a customer.

  I apologize, I was yelled at and hung up on and I did not appreciate how I was spoken to. I voiced that nobody should be treated in such a manner. Francis was working with someone else and there was some timing issues that I was unaware of.

  We had our roof replaced about one weekend ago. The roof looks good. The biggest downside was that my hostas were smashed. My hydrangeas were also cut/chopped down. They look pitiful now. One would think that the workers would respect another’s property. There were also several screws/nails that I had to pick up. We have a toddler running around and can’t have those lying around like that. The photo provided was of my flower beds & it was day two of the job.

  I had a leak coming from my dining room ceiling after a heavy rain storm. Called Luecke's and they were here the next day. They were able to quickly locate the issue and immediately completed the repair. Colin was courteous and efficient. I can highly recommend this company!

  I had a great experience with this roofing company. The team was professional, reliable, honest, and easy to work with. They communicated clearly showed up on time and completed the inspection with an excellent attention to detail. They went above and beyond to go everything and stayed in constant contact with us. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and I highly recommend them to anybody needing roofing repairs, inspections or honest guidance.

  Excellent estimation and installation of our new roof. Great communication from the team and quick installation. I thought the crew did a great job installing and cleaning up after the install. So far, a very good experience.
