  Called to set up appt for a leaking roof that was put on by this company. Initial call, seemed unorganized, as if my message wouldn’t get relayed to roofer. (It did not) I called two days later and spoke with a person who did relay the message, I received a call later that day and was able to set up an appt for them to come fix the issue on a Saturday almost two weeks later. No time frame was giving just that they would come on Saturday. I called the Friday before to make sure we were still on the books and to see if they had a timeframe, I had to leave a voicemail. Saturday of the appt waited ALL DAY. Roofer never called or showed up. I’m very disappointed, LoyQuinn did our roof 9 years ago and was amazing. I will be calling another company to come look at our issues. Shame on you. The least that you could have done is a courtesy call letting us know you weren’t coming.

  We had our roof replaced and they did a fantastic job! Our shingles were on back order and they kept in contact with us and up to date on the status. The day of the job they were efficient and made sure they picked up all the trash and debris!! Left our home looking great!!

  If you want a very professional , very personal and very reasonably priced company to do a job for you this one is it. My grandmother had them put a roof on her home 60 years ago. It was perfect and it was perfect now. Exceptional company.

  Loy-Quinn helped me by adding baffles to my mother's attic. They also checked & repaired other baffles in the attic. Loy-Quinn also added gutter guards to our home & repaired the caulking around the chimney. Loy-Quinn are extremely easy to work with and did the work efficiently & completely & followed up to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend Loy-Quinn for any roofing issues you might have.

  I had some damage from the ice building up in my gutter and it dislodged it from the house. They explained the gutter had sagged over tine and wasn't letting the water drain properly to the spout. They were able to reattach the gutter while raising it to allow proper drainage. Very professional and efficient. Quote to completion in the same day. I have used them over the years and have always been impressed with the way they make solutions. I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

  Great group of guys to work with. Total tear off and replacement of a two story house in one day. In at 8 am and out at 8 pm. Job was just what I was looking for.

  When my roof started leaking i called loy-quinn. During the inspection i was shown the root cause of the leak and what it was going to take to fix. They were able to find a solution within my budget. Professional, Experienced, and Knowledgeable.

  My experience with Loy-Quinn was excellent. They replaced the roof, fascia, soffits and gutters on a home quickly and professionally. They also installed new insulation in the attic. Leo managed the project perfectly and was always available to answer my questions as the work progressed. He was at the job site frequently, checking on the work being done. Leo also connected me with their painter who painted the exterior brick of the home. That was also a positive experience. I highly recommend Loy-Quinn if you are looking for a company that will work within your budget, complete the work quickly and professionally and will truly care about your satisfaction.

  My roofing experience with Loy-Quinn Roofing was awesome! Leo did a great job inspecting my roof, answering all my questions, putting together a competitive quote, and explaining each part of the quote so that I knew what I was paying for. Roof installation went smoothly. The crew worked quickly and effeciently. They cleaned up all trash afterwards and left the roof and yard looking better than before!
