  London metal is doing business in the name of: London Eco Metal and Eco Metal. Unfortunately 5 year back they have done my metal roof. After 2 years there was big leak. In my roof resulting in damaged my inter home structure. (Photo attached) The damage is there since last two year. I have done my all efforts also informed BBB. Also Approach owner and Manager almost 20 time the owner told me that the 55 years warranty is cancelled and I should not approach them again. When I approached Manager he also made me fool saying he will do it. Now 2 years has lapsed but my roof not yet repaired. I also told them that I will send you legal notice but they told me do anything you want your warranty is cancelled. I just want to request all new home owner that the 55 years warranty is just for the advancement purposes. They are not honest business people they are manufacturing metal and hiring contractors to install roof only.

  What a nightmare. We signed the contract and paid the deposit to have our roof redone April of 2020. The salesman estimated 3-4 weeks until work would begin. For 6 months we got the run around, they mostly ignored our emails, and nothing happened. We asked for a minimum of 48 hours notice before the crew was to show up. Late in October 2020 (6 months later), we got a phone call saying the crew would arrive in 45 minutes... They showed up without proper equipment to do the job (scaffolding), no work order, and no idea what the scope of work was. I discussed the skylight installation with the lead installer and he assured me the skylights would be installed per the manufacturer's directions. The skylight install was not done at all according to the manufacturer's instructions and is a mess. There are air leaks around the skylight gaskets, and gaps in the structure leaving the finished attic space colder than before, and leaving us with no confidence that our brand new roof and skylight installation is weather tight. If you are considering dealing with this company, expect to be promised great things, but once they have your deposit you'll get terrible communication and sub-standard work. If you have skylights, run. Their warranty sounds great on paper, but I expect the chance of getting them to honor/service it in a reasonable timeframe is basically zero.

  We had a contractor build us a very nice porch on the back of our house. We paid $800 plus extra to get tongue and groove wood planks for the roof as this would be more aesthetically pleasing than plain plywood. We asked London Eco-Metal to do a metal roof. Shortly after the contractor started, my wife and I saw that the nails were coming through the tongue and groove and damaging the wood. We notified the installer and he said; "I will fix it". When he finished, we were horrified. A few nails had been cut off and the wood was gouged where he tried to cut the nails. Some of the nails had just been bent over sideways into the wood. In both cases a mismatched paint had been spot-painted on. Some nails had been left intact and had been painted still sticking out and some nails were still sticking out, untouched! The installer called this fixed!! London Eco has passed the buck, saying this job was sub-contracted out even though they had arranged and recommended this installer. London Eco said we could cover the nails by applying cheap aluminum facia material over the tongue and groove wood! We have two more jobs that we were going to have London Eco do but we will never have this company do any more work for us. They do not stand behind the work of their installers and have no regard for a doing a proper job or for good customer service!!!!!

  Absolutely horrible company. My roof was leaking a year ago. Got my roof done by London Eco Metal (very expensive). Now my roof is still leaking ! Called them a dozen times so they fix their deficient work. They don't call back, or they promise stuff & never deliver. I mean, it's been a full year now ! Hard to believe.

  Love the roof but horrible customer service. Took up to three months for them to finally get back to us after repeated phone calls. Now we need them to correct roof flashing, and again three months with no call backs or followup. Very sorry we went with this company. Do not recommend.

  The London Eco Metal team installed my roof in 4 days very well clean and on time. I had to replace a line of roof soffit panels as well and it was done to my satisfaction. They listened to what I had to say and I appreciate that. Helped me with a minor other task as well. I trust that my roof will resist better at high winds and is a class 4 Hail resistant roof.   Amazing work by LEM! The result exceeded my expectations. Gary was very professional and knowledgeable in walking me thru this first and probably last metal roof project. I had several quotations but LEM was, as their description says, more affordable compared to others. The installers were a breeze to deal with, very skilled and meticulous. I can't be happier :-)

  Gary did a good overview of the installation for the roof. The team showed up on time everyday and were very efficient in how things were done. They were polite and respectful of our property, and did not leave it dirty. The roof looks great and it was a job well done.
